It is a good college for engineering studies.
Placements: I am pursuing my BE in civil engineering, and the percentage of students who got placed was about 75% because in civil, some of the students have their own business like their father's business or relatives company. The highest salary offered is about 1 lac per month, which is provided by multinational companies like L&T, etc. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. L&T, Torrent and other local companies visit here. I don't know much about internships, but it depends on students who want that. The top role offered is a site manager.
Infrastructure: In my civil engineering course, there are almost 5 labs for 5 subjects in our college. So, it is much better to learn through experiments, so that facility is very good. There is a library here, and the classrooms are completely air-conditioned. The facilities are very good, and there is no hostel in our institute. So, it is the negative thing about our college. The mess is very tiny and not very good, and it's just for tea or coffee and sandwiches. For sports, there is a huge football, basketball, cricket and volleyball ground, so it's very good.
Faculty: All teachers here are good and well qualified. All teachers completed their master's degree, and some of them completed their PhD in civil engineering in various subjects. So they are very helpful. The course curriculum is very good for further job knowledge and industrial knowledge. Exams are not very hard because they design exam papers for scholar students. There are also some easy questions for students who are not good scholars. The subject is moderate, so that's good for all. The pass percentage is like in 30 marks paper you have to score a minimum of 12 marks in mid-semester exams. In the final semester exams, the total marks are 56, and you have to achieve a minimum of 17 marks, so it's quite easy to pass.
Other: I chose this course because civil engineering is an evergreen branch in the future. The constructions work is always in progress, and even there will be more constructions. I think the pattern of study can be changed because there are many things that can't help me in my career. So the education policies and the course must be good for students, and it's very lengthy. There are such things which can't help us in our future. MYSY scholarships are very good from the state government. On our campus, sports events and many technical events are held, so it is very good.

I would not recommend this college if you really want to study but join if you want to just enjoy.
Placements: There are placements in SAL Education, but we could not get placed due to Covid-19 and lockdown. However, we heard from our seniors that the placements are very low with respect to numbers. Very few students got placements, and the salary packages offered are also not much great.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is available here, and I have a friend who is from out of town and opted for a hostel facility. He said that the accommodation capacity of the hostel is very limited, and the rooms are not much great. Washrooms are not attached.
Faculty: Faculty members in SAL Education are average. In my studies, I haven't had any bond with any of the faculty members. However, faculty members are well educated, and they are not very friendly while interacting with students.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The placements are not really good for all students. But students who are intelligent can get placements. Many companies come for placements, but it is up to you to go for placements. Some students got placed with around 1.5 to 2 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good for studies, and there are big grounds for sports activities. The canteen is good and hygienic. They organise a sports week for students that includes different sports. There are also a seminar hall and a stationary in college.
Faculty: The teaching quality is really good. The faculty members are helpful in our project works. They are supportive. They also organise project fairs. GTU techfest is organised in our college. Students get a certificate of appreciation for participating in it. Parking facilities are good.

Review of SAL College of Engineering.
Placements: Our college provides few placement opportunities, but overall it provides good placements. In the previous year, I think about 15-20 students got placement out of 65. Different salary packages are offered to the students. The salary offered ranges between Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month, and it is good for freshers. About 30-35% of the students from our course got an internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides facilities like labs, a huge library, a huge campus, cricket ground, volleyball ground, CCTV camera, projector in class, huge and comfortable classrooms, etc. The canteen is very good, and the quality of the food served is excellent.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and very dedicated to students. They are always ready to help students. They are knowledgeable, and they also provide practical knowledge for students. Their teaching quality is excellent, and it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in it. I personally think that the best thing about the course is it has good scope in future. Some events, like techfest, sports day, Garba event, etc., are organised at our college.
