Candidate must have master degree in Engi./Tech. or equi. from any recog. Uni., with CGPA of 6.75 out of 10 or 60% aggregate marks at either bachelor or masters degree. OR Candidate pursuing M.Sc.(Engg.) by Research at the Uni., who have completed the prescribed course work in the first 2 sem of study with merit of either CGPA of 7.75 out of 10 or 70% aggregate marks & published research papers in refereed journals or filed/obtained patents shall be eligible for up-gradation to M.Sc.(Engg.) + Ph. D Integrated Dual Degree. OR Candidate pursuing M. Tech., who have completed the prescribed course work in the first 3 sem of study with merit of either CGPA of 7.75 out of 10 or 70% aggre. marks & shown good research aptitude shall be eligible for up-gradation to M.Tech. + Ph.D. Integrated Dual Degree. Candidate who has secured 45% for Gen (40% SC/ST, 42% OBC) in a degree in any discipline from a recog. uni. or equi. exam recog. by the Uni. Age = 30 year for GM (35 year for SC/ST).
