Q:   Question: How is the course curriculum for B.E. / B.Tech at School of Engineering and Technology?

    A:
    {Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

    Structure of Course Curriculum

    * The course curriculum follows the same pattern as the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) curriculum.
    * The curriculum is designed to make students industry-ready, with a focus on theoretical and practical learning.
    * Theoretical lectures are not emphasized, instead, hands-on training is prioritized to develop practical skills.
    * Students receive guidance from faculty members who are qualified, knowledgeable, and willing to help with doubts.
    * The course structure includes regular assessments, including mid-semesters and finals, with a minimum passing percentage required for graduation.

Note: The majority of the students' reviews emphasize the importance of practical learning and hands-on experience, indicating a focus on developing industry-ready graduates. However, some reviews mention that faculty members may not provide sufficient guidance, highlighting the need for self-motivation and initiative among students.

Noida International University best or not.
Placements: I don't know much about placements but they are average here. If students want placements with a handsome amount of package, then they need to approach companies off-campus or perform well in on-campus placements. Top recruiting companies here are Infosys and TCS.
Infrastructure: The campus of the college is very magnificent and beautiful. The infrastructure is good and has enough facilities for all students. The campus is divided into different blocks for different courses like IT, business blocks, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members here are helpful and generous with students and help with the course and other activities. There are no mid-term exams here. The college conducts tests and ends up finally in the semester exams. Students need to study as per the syllabus to score in exams.

    Average college with good faculty.
Placements: The placements are below average. Wipro is the top company that comes for the recruitment process. The lowest package shown on our website is approximately 4.27 lacs, and the highest is 50 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is beautiful and there are 12 schools that have various courses. There are Wi-Fi facilities in the whole campus. The labs are good, and the class rooms are good but not air conditioning. The library is big and has so many books in it but not air conditioning. The hostel is for medical students and the canteen and medical facilities are good. Free consultancy is free for college students. There are separate departments for sports. There are so many festivals of sports and other things.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are knowledgeable and helpful, and the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant to the Indian education system, and it prepares students for the workforce. The semester exams are moderately difficult, but they are passable if we study. The pass percentage is 33.33/CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a software developer. The best thing about my course is that it is interesting to me and covers the things I want to do. However, I think the course could be improved by adding more practical work and testing skills. The college hosts many sports events, including an annual event called Zest. The campus is average, but it is well connected and located near a highway, with cabs available for transportation. There is a metro station a short distance away. Scholarships are available for needy students based on their marks.

The infrastructure of the college is good but the placements are not good.
Placements: Seventy percent are placed. The highest package is 19-20 LPA; the minimum is 2-3 LPA. Very few companies come here. The company is just a name; there is no requirement. Seventy-five percent is required for students to sit in the exam. They only ask for saving a percentage, production, or any other thing; there is nothing like that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but the hostel is very bad. There is Wi-Fi here, but it doesn't work. There is a lot of network problems. There is a lot of transport problems in this area. The hostel is so bad. The food in the hostel is very bad.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good, and the passing rate of the college is 85%. There are very few faculty members here in India. There is very little listening. There are very few facilities. There is nothing around here. The semester remains normal, and everything is fine.
Other: If you want to come to college then don't take Annpurna hostel.

I think every college is good till you focus on your study.
Placements: I have been told by my English teacher that in the 2024 session the highest package was 12 LPA. But I'm sure if you will self-study, you will definitely crack placement. Here, in this college, there is a good environment to study. It's always you who have to study, and teachers will provide everything you need. They will tell you how you have to further move.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really awesome. Labs are well maintained. Everything is properly cleaned. There is no issue in infrastructure and maintenance. Even grasses are well maintained every week. You will not see anything messed up here on campus, as well as classes. There are some canteens that provide the best foods that you will really enjoy at a reasonable price.
Faculty: I will tell you honestly, the faculty field can be further improved, and you will expect too. Teachers are very friendly. You will not face any difficulties while communicating with any teachers. Semester exams are good. At least, you will not feel difficulties passing any semester exam here if you really attend lectures.
Other: I had chosen B.Tech in CSE (AI/ML) because it is a technical degree and you will get to know about teaching, and I'm personally interested in it, and there is a wide scope in this field to improve your career.

Budget-friendly college with a high placement rate and also great campus life.
Placements: 60 percent of students got placed in B.Tech. The highest package offered last year was 12.5 LPA. And the lowest was 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft, IBM, and Infosys, and the maximum number of students got internships. The roles offered are data scientist and web developer. It's a ragging-free campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is too good. It's full of Wi-Fi campus with high 5G network speed. Infrastructure includes all kinds of labs, even workshops for engineering departments, and also a free library. And all classrooms are too good with digital projectors. And also, the university provides its own cafeteria and the taste of the food is too good. And also, we have a have a separate department for sports and the college provides opportunities in sports to play national or international and it also organizes sports tournaments twice a year.
Faculty: The teachers of the department are very helpful to students and they act very kind to them. All are qualified with Ph.D.s and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality of some teachers is the best. Yes, the curriculum is relevant; it makes students ready for the industry. They teach employability skills. Semester exams are a bit of tough but if you study, you can easily crack them. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose the course B.Tech CSE in AIML because I was interested in it. The aspect to improve is to build more hostels. The college conducts the best fest, and all club activities. The college also provides scholarships based on board exam percentages.

Our college is worth the money paid.
Placements: Placements here are average. They are not very good. Students need to struggle here for placement opportunities. If students need on-campus placements, then they have to not expect much. They have to develop their skills to try for off-campus placements for better placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is decent, good, and looks presentable. The lush green campus is one of the beauties of the college. It has big monumental buildings which provide the presence of a kingdom as a whole. The infrastructure of the B.Tech course is decent and sufficient for any student.
Faculty: Faculty members are decent and helpful. They help students throughout the course for both exams and placement opportunities so that they can hone their skills. Exams are based on the semester. Every class has its tests and activities but the main exams are semester exams.
