School of Tropical Medicine Application Process
| Courses | Eligibility |

| BMLT | Candidate must be a citizen of India and also domicile of West Bengal. Candidate's age must be at least 17(seventeen) years as on 31.07.2024, i.e. the applicant should have been born on or before 31.07.2007. Upper age limit is 40 year. |
| DM | Candidate must have completed recognized MD/DNB (Pharmacology) or an equivalent recognized qualification with eligible feeder specialty qualifications from any recognised University/Institute. Candidate who have in possession of the recognized MD/DNB (Pharmacology) by 30th September 2023 can also apply. Candidate must be registered with NMC/ State Medical Council. |
| FPM | Candidate must pass full-time regular course in MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / BUMS / BDS from any recognized University with 55% marks in the last qualifying examination. OR B.Tech. (Biotechnology) recognized by AICTE. |
| M.Phil | Candidate must pass full-time regular course in MD/ MS/ MDS in any discipline OR M.Sc. in Biological Sciences (Anatomy /Physiology, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Virology, Biotechnology, Regenerative Medicine/ Stem Cell and Veterinary Sciences) OR M.Pharm with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) from any recognized university. |
| M.Sc. | Candidate must be a citizen of India. No upper age limit . |
| MD | In order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG. |
| PG Diploma | In order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG. |
