Yes, SJMSOM offers a two-year full-time MBA programme. Candidates willing to take admission to the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay must fulfil the following eligibility and selection criteria:

• The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for reserved categories).
• Candidates should have a valid CAT score based on which they will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round.
• The final merit list for candidates selected for the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay will be based on candidate’s composite score of different parameters which includes CAT overall score, personal interaction (PI) and candidate profile.

SJMSOM offers 18-month Executive programme jointly with Washington University in St. Louis at the PG level. The part-time residential EMBA programme is spread across three semesters of six months. Aspirants who have completed a bachelor's degree from any recognised university can apply for SJMSOM EMBA programme.

Yes, candidate having CAT percentile above 93 will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round. According to the cut-off list released by SJMSOM, IIT Bombay for the year 2022. The minimum overall CAT percentile required for admission to the MBA programme was 90. Also, the minimum section wise CAT percentile was 50.

SJMSOM, IIT Bombay has branches of two national banks in their campus and one of the bank is State Bank of India (SBI) which has one Education Loan Scheme exclusively for reputed institutes like SJMSOM & IIT Bombay, named “SBI Scholar Loan”. It’s a pre-approved loan scheme subject to submission of required documents by students. The loan is sanctioned by the campus branch itself. It is a collateral free loan has lower interest rate, interest subsidy during moratorium period whose family income is below INR 4.50 Lacs & no processing fees. The first semester fees paid to the institute is also reimbursable.

Given below is the eligibility criteria for PhD in management programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay:

• BE/ BTech with a minimum of 60% aggregate/ 6.5 CPI (55% aggregate/ 6.0 CPI for reserved categories) and at least two years of work experience.
• Master of Management /ME / MTech / MPharm/ MPhil/2 years MBA or 2 years PG Diploma in Management from any institute recognized by a Government body (AICTE / UGC/AIU) with a minimum of 60% aggregate/ 6.5 CPI (55%/ 6.0 CPI for reserved categories)
• Executive MBA of at least one year duration from IITs/IIMs or any institute recognized by a Government body (AICTE/ UGC / AIU) with a minimum of 60% aggregate/ 6.5 CPI (55%/ 6.0 CPI for reserved categories)
• MSc/ MA/ MCom/ LLM/ MCA or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate/ 6.5 CPI (55%/ 6.0 CPI for reserved categories)

The total tuition fee is inlcusive of admssion fee, examination fee, caution deposit, and charges for many other facilities provided by the institute during the programme. The total tuition fee for the PhD programme at SJMSOM is INR 96,000. Note that the mentioned fee is as per unofficial sources, hence, is subject to revision.

Eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. Bachelor of Technology, BS, or DD candidates can apply for the programme at the end of their sixth semester with the approval of the DUGC of the concerned department. Students must have a minimum CPI of 7.0 at the end of their 6th semester and should not have any backlog in their Undergraduate courses. As such there are no multiple SJMSOM Counselling rounds for MBA cutoff . Candidates who appear in the CAT 2023 are eligible for counselling only if they get the required minimum marks as per the eligibility criteria SJMSOM. Also, all candidates who appeared in the written exam and are interested in admission must submit appear for the personal interviews. Going as per the past year trends, SJMSOM Counselling 2024 is to be conducted in three steps. • Candidates need to pass a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate in case of SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category) out of 10 or applicants appearing for the final year of degree or completed the degree and awaiting result can also apply or,
• Applicants appearing for final year of the degree and those who have completed the degree requirements and awaiting results can also apply. The applicant should have secured an aggregate of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or equivalent till the latest exam that has been completed and whose scores are available or,
• CA, CS, CFA, ICWA or FRM, with a first-class bachelor’s degree in any discipline having secured 60% aggregate (55% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category) in aggregate (including all years /semesters) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category) out of 10 can also apply for MBA programme.

Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in India or any other country to apply for SJMSOM EMBA. Aspirants should also have a minimum of seven years of experience including five years managerial experience or equivalent.
