Placements: There are no placements for B.Sc. honors students. Small companies visit the college. I don't think I will get any placement from this college as I am a B.Sc student. The infrastructure is poor due to which not many companies visit the college.

Placements: Placements are very bad. Hardly 2-3 companies come mostly being BPOs, so if you are in this college, do not expect campus placements. It is better that you go for MA or MBA if you want a good job and want to excel in life. Hardly 10% of the students got placed and the highest package you will get will not be more than 3 lakhs. The college doesn't get you an internship so don't even think about it. If you want it, you go and get it on your own.

The first thing one is sure to notice when he/she enters the campus of Shivaji college is the college's impressive location and nearby hangout places summed up with different malls and film theaters. Shivaji College has a good and talented group of students but narrowed down to only specific courses like B.B.E. (now BMS), Economics (h), English (h), and B.com (h).
