The placement is quite good & infrastructure is also nice.
Placements: 5-8% of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 45 LPA; the lowest is 0. The top company is Wipro, and 50-60% got internships. Everything seems to be good in this college. People from Wipro come to take students for internships, and it was quite a good internship.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, and so is the infrastructure. I will rate it 3 to 4 stars for other things like the mess, Wi-Fi, labs, library, sports games, etc. Everything is good in this college, and it is quite good in terms of job study and degree. Highly qualified teachers are there.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Studies are totally industry-oriented. The pass percentage is 50%. There are eight semesters in this college. To pass, we need to score as much as we can. Placement is not good enough, as there are no big companies.

Infrastructure is not good but hostel is very good with nice facilities.
Placements: It is good when compared with other colleges. There were many companies coming, and the minimum is 4 LPA for placement, and a minimum 7 CGPA is needed for the placement drive. 4 LPA is the lowest, and almost 14 LPA is the highest. Sometimes, there was 21 to 22 LPA, but this time, there has been a small downfall of companies.
Infrastructure: The hostel was very good, and the campus is good, but there was no Wi-Fi. The labs and classrooms are not very good, but the library was excellent. But there were very strict rules for attendance, and you could not appear in the weekly test when attendance was below 75 percent. Many assignments were given. There were no facilities for sports, and if you participated in any sport or tournament, no facilities were provided, and no attendance was given.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was also good, except for some faculty. Some faculty were very good and supportive also. Compared with others, it is very good because faculty do not take leaves and teach well and complete the course.

If you’re looking for value for money, you can come here.
Placements: From our college, the placement ratio is 60%, and some students got the highest package of 8-10 lakhs, with an average package of about 4-5 lakhs. These packages are offered by companies like TCS and more. About 20% of students got an internship in their 2nd year. Roles offered by companies are web development, etc.
Infrastructure: In Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and libraries are good, but the infrastructure is decent. In the library, you can find all the books that you require. Talking about mess food, it is good, and the mess places are clean and bacteria-free.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, and their way of teaching is also good. They are very cooperative and help us clear all doubts. The curriculum is designed based on industry-based requirements. Semester exams are moderate level based on the teachers who have taught in class.

Overall good & I will say that you can take admission here. Overall rating will be 4/5.
Placements: My 7th semester is ongoing. So far, only 5 of my 60 classmates have gotten placed. Placements are not as expected. The lowest package is 4 LPA; the highest is 12 LPA. The college offers no internships or placement support. Placements are rare in Lucknow colleges, so work on your skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and well-maintained. The hostel is good. Everything is well-maintained. There are 2 boys' hostels and 1 girls' hostel, and about 6 building blocks, each for a separate course.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly, but the curriculum is very hectic. The schedule is very hectic. My personal experience is this: only students who can survive a hectic schedule should go for it. It is one of the best colleges in Lucknow, known for its discipline.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the poor coding culture, placements in 2024.
Placements: There are very less companies visiting the college and the ratio of placement is also very low, but the students get the off campus placement by their own struggle and college totally take their credit to earn money by showing off the placements taken by students by their own hardwork, so the culture of placements is really the worst of this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is also not very much good. It is just below average and we get limited things, the half of the computers in the labs do not work, there is no Wi-Fi in the campus and even the hostel rooms are very bad and mess has hygienic food, in short you'll surely suffer through food poisoning if you consumer such type of food from college or local.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good, but there is not any culture to think and implement the things out of the box. The course curriculum is created by AKTU itself and the college study, exams are based on these curriculum. It is very tough to score for internals because we have to go through a numbers of test, quizzes and exams and our internal is fully dependent on these quizzes and all.
Other: In the college we get the scholarship if we are eligible for that, there are two events held in a year and these both events are also very important.

Q:   Is SRMCEM good for B.E. / B.Tech?

A:
{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

SRMCEM Good for BE/BTech in Computer Science

* Placement Statistics: According to reviews, around 30-40% of students got placed in their desired field, with the highest package being around INR 6 LPA and the lowest being INR 2 LPA. Top companies visiting the campus include local firms, mid-sized tech companies, and startups.
* Facilities: The college's infrastructure is basic, with outdated classrooms and labs. The library is small, and the hostel rooms are cramped and shared.
* Faculty Quality: Reviews indicate that some teachers are dedicated and helpful, while others lack expertise. The curriculum is outdated, and the course content needs improvement.
* Teaching Style: Students appreciate the helpfulness of some teachers, who are willing to guide and support them beyond academics.
* Campus Life: Reviews mention a lively campus atmosphere, with various extracurricular activities and cultural events organized throughout the year.
* Scholarships: The college offers scholarships to deserving students.
* Infrastructure Issues: The college's infrastructure is in dire need of improvement, with issues like poor lighting, outdated furniture, and lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.
* Overall Experience: Students describe the experience as "average" or "okay," citing factors like poor infrastructure, outdated curriculum, and inconsistent faculty quality. However, some praise the supportive nature of certain teachers and the overall enthusiasm of the college community.

Based on the reviews, SRMCEM seems to have mixed bags when it comes to providing a good educational experience for BE/BTech students. While some aspects, like faculty support and campus life, receive positive feedback, others, like infrastructure and curriculum quality, leave much to be desired. Ultimately, students looking for a strong foundation in computer Science may want to weigh these pros and cons carefully before making a decision.

No, you need to qualify for UPSEE. There are no mangaement quota from year 2017 as per AKTU guidelines. If you have qualified UPSEE you must contact college officials and proceed for your admission . Also , you can get admission through counseling of AKTU through JEE Mains.
