I am in B.Com course in Shyam Lal College. It is good for arts and commerce students, but the politics in the college will never let you study and elections is the biggest problem here. College has good infrastructure and faculty is up to the mark. I would recommend this college.

This is very good college.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in B.A. B.Com B.Sc. is 70 to 95%. Value of money in simple words. The salary you are offered per annum was 4 to 5 LPA .

I am very much satisfied because of teachers and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are average. Not very big companies come here. I have done a bachelor's of science from here and very few colleges offer placements for bachelor's students. In master's, most of the students get placement chances from college.

It is a good college with good facilities.

Placements: About 45% of students got jobs, but the package wasn't that much. Recruiting companies were good. About 40% of students got internships. Most of the students got a hotel management internship because they applied for it. At the time of recruitment in college, the interviews were tough.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the crowd of this college.

Placements: As a person in B.A. English, we don't get recruiting companies for placement. I have heard that some courses do get this done.

It is the most underrated college of DU.

Placements: Our college offers many internship opportunities to students upon graduation. This is an efficient cell, and it offers many scholarships. Many companies like ICICI Bank, RBS Bank, Concentrix, IDBI, etc. are coming here to hire students at decent packages.

I graduated in 2019 but now the college has upgraded its reputation.

Placements: Don't expect much. No eye-catching companies will be approaching this college. Placement is also not evenly distributed to every course. The courses are just degrees without any skills. Even if someone manages to get placement it's just around 4k. Therefore don't expect much. And please don't think that another college will give you something nice than this all the basic courses in du is having the same condition.

Average college, will not recommended.

Placements: Placements are average here. Because the course offered here are not much technical courses only B.A. M.A. and B.Sc. courses are out there, but they are trying to improve and bring more companies for campus placements. Not very big companies are there for placements only average companies are out there and they offer very low package .

It is one of the best DU colleges.

Placements: There are no placements in our college, but it tries its best to invite companies for internships and placements by organising placement fairs by skill development cell and other educational societies. Hardly 10% of the students get placements.

Our college provides good infrastructure, but I am dissatisfied because of faculty members.

Placements: Our college is not good for placements. Many students seek for a job, but due to the lack of companies in our college, they can't get a job. You need to be very much good in our college in academics and other fields to get great attention during jobs and other things.

Best College In Du For B.A. programme!

Placements: Placement in college is not that good. Not much companies visit there also the package offered by them is low. College doesn't provide any internships, the students themselves have to approach the company for the internship. After completing the course most of the students started preparing for government services while some goes for higher studies.

Placements: About 5-9% of the students in our course got placed. The average salary package offered is 4. 5 LPA. KPMG visited our campus for placements and offered roles in the field of accounts and IT for science students. Around 50 students got an internship with the help of placement cell in the college.
