A really good and all-round college.

Placements: This year, companies like Amazon and Genpact visited the campus. Though the profiles were not strictly IT related, for fresher's level at least there was something, and the payroll was in accordance with the current fresher's salary (15K per month). The college placement cell has really been working hard. Even the Facebook page is really active and keeps posting about the latest job/internship openings available.

A good decision of my life.

Placements: Being a college of Delhi University, students have more chances to get placed as we are provided two-way chances, one from university side and another from our college. Placements for our senior batch were good enough with a minimum package of 3 lakhs per annum to a maximum of 7 lakhs per annum. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Delloite, and much more came to the college to hire students. Students also get the internship opportunities in many good startups.

Best women's college for political science hons.

Placements: The placement is most important after getting a degree. As we know that North Campus colleges are known for their placements, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College is an off-campus college, though many companies visit there for offering jobs and internships. Being a student of Delhi University, one can also participate in a job fair organised by the central placement cell.

A really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were conducted well by the college. We had to fill a placement form and a number of companies came to the main campus. 50-60% students who had interviewed for the companies got the placement and were offered a salary of around 15k. The lowest salary offered was 13k. Various companies like BT, Shadi.com, Heritage School, etc. came up.

The best part of my college is faculty, they are very helpful and encouraging. The college is equipped with Wi-Fi and AC is installed in the library. Our auditorium is the 2nd largest auditorium in DU. Also, since the college is for women's only which means there is no eve teasing. However, there are no proper s...

Placements: There is no placement cell in our college. Students have to search for internships and placements on their own. Though they guide students when asked about the opportunity available regarding that particular course.
