I'm blessed to be a part of this college as it helped me improve my skills in sports.

Placements: Unfortunately, we were the last batch who followed the curriculum of Anna University. So the placements were not taken seriously by the management. Since they had planned to make the college as an autonomous college, next year, they didn't bother even if the placements percentage was fallen below 60%. Around 350 students out of 800were placed, and TCS hired only 25 students. Last year, TCS hired more than 300 students.

Sri Krishna College Of Engineering and Technology in a Nutshell.

Placements: The previous year (Batch of 2018) the students did bag a lot of offers from various IT companies all over india. And as of for the batch of 2019 there is a lot of mass placements mostly in IT companies and an average salary of 4 to 6LPA. Core is not an option for Mechanical Engineers.

Infrastructure of the college is very good and safe.

Placements: The placement is around 70% during my batch. Totally 75% student got placed. The highest salary was 24 Lacs the lowest was 1.5lakh. Roles were mostly for software engineer, software development. Only 10% got internship. Yes there is a placement cell. Totally around 40 companies come to campus to take student. Only qualified students can attend the campus interviews. Where as the arrest students cannot able to attend the campus interviews. There is almost 4 rounds in campus interviews. Most of th...

Our college is the best only for studies, not for other activities.

Placements: The placements are good in our college. Mostly, IT companies visit the college to conduct placements and recruit the students from all departments. Few core companies provide placements to students. If you have talent in the core field, then you have a chance to get placed in a core company. Only a few core companies visit our college for placements.

Unforgettable life at SKCET.

Placements: Placements in SKCET is comparatively good. Even though the number of people who got placed in core companies was less. Many got multiple offers from leading IT firms like Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. According to my observation, if u clear all subjects and perform in a good way, you will end up with multiple job offers in hand. Seniors also got placed in many companies and they are living in various parts of the world now. Apart from college placements, college management helped us in a lot...

The faculty and curriculum were not good, and other than that everything is good.

Placements: The placements were almost 50% to 60 % during my tenure, and it is the same for my seniors also. IT branch has got 50% placements from the leading big companies in the Indian market now, and the core branches have got only 10% of the placement. There are less number of placements for the students of core branches.

World-class infrastructure and world-class faculty.

Placements: They arrange placements with MNC companies for the students. Most of them are from the software side, and about 90% of the students are placed in top IT companies, and 10% of students get core companies like Robert Bosch, TVS, etc. So, overall it's a good college to get placed in campus interviews.

The review of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, which has both good and bad.

Placements: The big recruiters on the campus are the IT companies like Accenture, CTS, and Infosys. The tech giants like Amazon also visited the campus for the recruitment. A few core companies also visited the campus. If you're good enough, then you'll get plenty of chances for getting placed. In the end, it's again up to you.

Good for CSE, IT students only.

Placements: Good placement companies for only CSE, IT students. Most of the companies are product based, service based and marketing company. Core companies are very few upto 3-4 company only. So there are good placements for CSE and it students. Don't join mechanical and mechatronics in this college.

About the mechatronics department on the campus.

Placements: Here, the placements in mechatronics department are good but not that best. Most of them got placed only in the IT companies. From the third year, they are giving placements training, so most of them got placed. Here, they are offering the placements in most of all the companies.

Overall, it is a great professional college.

Placements: The placements for both core and IT fields are more frequent on our campus so that students are benefited with more placement offers. Many companies visit the campus for recruitments.

My college is good in its infrastructure, but poor in helping students to grow up overall.

Placements: The visit of many core companies for campus interview has been reduced now in comparison with previous years. The college is not letting the students attend further companies' interviews if they have already been placed in non-core companies and low-pay companies. The placement preparation seems at a very low level.

If anyone is looking for good infrastructure and enjoying college life, this is the place for you.

Placements: In our batch, we got only one placement from Oracle for finance, and in that, 12 students were placed. Other than that, 3 companies came for marketing, in that, around 30 people were placed. This 42 is out of 120 students who have dreamt of getting placed through the college. We paid so much than other colleges, which provide good placements than this college.

Great experience overall, impressive infrastructure and average placements

Placements: The placements were quite good where IT companies dominated the most. Around 700 students were placed. Amazon provided the highest package of 6 lacs per annum. Placement training was provided for nearly 6 months and it proved worthy. Core companies were very short in number and they hardly picked a student.

An average college if you are planning for MCA. Average placements but good infrastructure.

Placements: There are no much placement records for MCA in our batch. Most of the companies preferred B.Tech and BE graduates, and in most of the cases, we were sent out as overqualified. A few students got placed in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services and other tech giants as well. The roles offered were technical roles in Java and Python as the technical analysts and developer roles.

Review of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology

Placements: 7/10 students were placed in campus placements which included IT companies like Accenture, Wipro, etc. Students were placed in Amazon and Arise Glass as well. The average stipend was 3-4 lakhs for most of the students and there were students getting 5-6 lakhs packages as well.

Not complaining, but it is true.

Placements: Firstly, they will give training to all about how to clear the first round by inviting private couching institutions to teach(we got trained by Face to clear the first round). For some IT companies technical skills were required, so we learned C and Java by Technoturf. The training will start 3-4 months before the companies visit the campus. For the second round, they advise us to prepare a resume by writing down special features of yourselves and read as many books to face interviews. They also...

Genuine Review of an Alumni.

Placements: The placements were satisfying since more core companies visited the campus for hiring when compared to our senior batch. All the students who opted for placements were placed in the core as well as IT sector companies. Salary package was good, and the highest package in core industry was nearly Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum offered by Ashok Leyland. Even companies like Asahi glass and Hyundai offered good salary package for the role of production engineer and graduate trainee. Internships helped us und...

Better environment to learn and grow.

Placements: Many national companies are approaching our college to recruit the students, and an effective placement training program is given by the college to the students to develop their skills. This helps the students to develop their skills and also to get placed in any of the reputed companies.

Amazing college, but I wish it was more liberal.

Placements: Placements are good. A lot of IT companies come to recruit you, however, there are very few core companies. There is a good placement training session that takes place a couple of weeks before placement and it helps a lot but, this is also IT oriented.
