College where I learned how to study.
Placements: At least 150 students were placed this year. The highest package is 41 lakh, the average package is 3 to 4 lakh, and the lowest package is 2 lakh. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, and Cognizant. Top roles offered by companies include Java developer, Python developer, and data scientist.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available in the college includes a full Wi-Fi network and computer labs for computer science students. Classrooms are well-maintained and clean. The food in the mess is average. The hostel staff exhibit rude behavior, but the hostels are well-maintained.
Faculty: The college faculty is very helpful compared to other colleges. They are all highly educated, with Bachelor's or Master's degrees. The teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University and are very tough. The passing marks are 28 out of 70.
Other: The college life at my college is the best compared to other colleges in Pune. Sinhgad College provides many events throughout the year for the students of the Sinhgad society. The college is very crowded.

Review of SKNCOE College, Pune.
Placements: There are centralized placements so all the students from all Sinhagad colleges are in the same place. Nearly 9000 students participate in campus placement drive and about 70 percent students get placed every year. Many students go for further studies, like masters. The average package is around 4-6 LPA and the highest of this year is 55 LPA. The college also provides internships but the number of internships offered is quite low. Various companies visits for internships like TCS, Accenture, Jio, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are average size, like schools in each class with 60–70 students; the labs are updated and advanced; Wi-Fi is available for students; and nearby canteens are easily available. In addition to the fact that the campus is huge and beautiful, there are also facilities like laundry, medical, and general stores on campus itself.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, cooperative, helpful, and extremely qualified. The course on computer science is extremely relevant to me and it is one of the most demanded courses for B.E. because it makes the students industry-ready. This college comes under the SPPU. The semester exams are not very difficult but the papers are sometimes unpredictable. The minimum passing mark is 40 out of 100, which includes 30 marks in the in the insem exam and 70 marks in the endsem exam.
Other: The college conducts fests and many social events regularly. The surrounding area is evergreen, and there are scholarships available up to 50% depending upon your family income and caste.

Satisfied with the internships.
Placements: In a competitive world, getting a job has become more difficult, but colleges have tried there best to provide placement for each student. 50 students were placed out of 80 students in our batch. Mostly, they get an intern role; later, based on performance, they will get a permanent role. I got a job at KA Software Solutions as a frontend software engineer intern. TCS, Jio, cognizant and more MNC companies come for campus drives. Mostly, a 3.6 lakh package is given.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is amazing; we have Wi-Fi, a cot, a bathroom, a table, a track, a fan, a shower, parking, electricity, room maintenance, cleaning staff and a mess. I have a problem with mess. I tried almost all the mess but nowhere did I find good-quality food. On campus, we have many canteens that have good breakfasts, not meals. The college campus is very big and we have grounds every year for fest and sports events.
Faculty: faculty is very good they are connected with students but most of the faculty members are new and do not have teaching experience. The course curriculum is good but I think we should have practical and project-based exams that will give students industrial exposure. We should not face any problems in industrial work. Exams have that old, boring pattern of 35% needing to be passed.

Good placements in last 3 years. Absolutely satisfied with the faculty.
Placements: Around 90% of students from computer, IT, ENTC branch got placed in various companies such as NVIDIA (8 LPA), Pub-Matics (13 LPA), PTC (8 LPA), VI (4.5 LPA), NICE Systems (5.25 LPA), Veritas (14.62 LPA), JIO (5 LPA), for the role of software develops and analyst. Also many other companies visit our college for campus placement such as LTI, Persistant, tcs etc. The average package of our college is about 4.5 LPA. The highest package is 14.62 LPA which was offered by Veritas. Very few students from our college got internship for the stipend of 22k per month in PTC.
Infrastructure: Our college has well developed and clean classrooms, projector is provided for each classroom. Wi-Fi is also provided to students for free but sometimes it didn't work. Our college has very big Library (Central Library) which is 24 hours open for students. The library contains large no. Of books. HOSTEL : The college has large number of hostel rooms. For first year students college has separate hostel. In the hostel Wi-Fi is provided for free. MESS : The taste of food at mess is not very good. There are 5-6 mess in the college you can switch monthly if you are not satisfied with the current mess. Canteen is also there in the college campus. Medical Facility : College has campus clinic free for students and staff. The college has big cricket ground near.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, they can clear your all study related doubts after the lectures or in the break. Overall teaching quality is very good. Along with the theory subjects college also focus on practical sessions, personality development to make you industry ready. As our college is affiliated to sppu semester papers are designed by university itself.
Other: Karandak is one of the big festival which is celebrated in out college. The festivals such as rangpanchami, ganesh utsav etc. Are also celebrated in our college.

Nice campus and memorable hostel life, good placement in 2018.
Placements: The placement activity was well organised.
70% of students got the campus selection. The highest package was INR 12 LPA, the lowest package was INR 2.5 LPA, and the average package was INR 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, TCS, Atos Syntel, etc.
30–40% of students got internships at companies like Xoriant, Hexaware, a few startups, etc.
Students got offers as associates and developers.
Infrastructure: Students loved the environment around the college building as it is situated in a green area. Department buildings have enough space for a number of classrooms and a library. Hostels are great. You would enjoy the hostel life if you got a good circle of hostel mates. Mess food is not really great, but you will have the option to shift your mess if you love other mess foods. Medical services are available on campus only. Grounds are available for different sports. The annual function is a great thing that you will love.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly. Not all the things they teach make you exam or industry ready, but the extra effort you put in following the syllabus will. The courses are somewhat relevant, but to be industry-ready, try to focus on at least one technology, do the self-study throughout the course, and ask questions to your teacher. Semester exams are of average level; doing the self-study and class work will pass you through. The percentage of students who pass with distinction is around 65-70.
Other: There are a few other things that I would suggest students do, including participating in extracurricular and cultural activities. This will make your group large, and you will understand the power of networking.
