Very Good college in Coimbatore region .
Placements: In terms of placement, the college is good. We have many software companies and some core companies visiting the campus. From last year CTS is coming for placement. Other companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Byjus, and many financial companies (banks and insurance companies) visit our campus. The major plus point is that we are trained well for the companies. We attend many online tests arranged by our placement team and practice more for getting placed. For our department particularly, placement is arranged by our faculty in core companies through their contacts.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is absolutely fantastic in our college. We have good lab facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, ICT enabled classrooms. Other facilities like canteen, sports and games are also nice. We have a small clinic attached to the campus, where we can avail free treatment for small illness. There is an ATM attached to our campus for the benefit of hostel students. One can SEE an Ambulance ready always to cater to emergency situations.
Faculty: The teachers are important part of any college and we are lucky to have the best teachers who are kind and helpful to us. The syllabus is also good and is revised regularly. We have option to do value added courses, internships and IPTs. Those with good CGPA can do internship for full semester during 8th sem.
Other: Everything about the college is good. It's a nice place to learn not only subjects but also human values and ethics. As a lateral entry student I joined the college directly in second year and the transition from Polytechnic to Engineering college was smooth.
