I'm very satisfied with what I have become after leaving college. Placements could have been better.

Placements: Placements in college were decent. About 50% of the students got placed that year, and the rest applied for further studies. Companies like L&T, Torrent Power, Reliance, Future's first, Suzlon, and Asahi Glass India Limited visited the campus for placements. Mostly everyone was offered the role of electrical maintenance executive or engineer designation after training.

I'm satisfied with the campus, and it has good faculty, infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: The current placement scenario in PDPU is satisfactory. Placements vary with respect to various departments. Students of the petroleum engineering department receive the highest packages, while the students of other engineering fields receive an average package of 4-5 LPA which is pretty okay.

I found this university amazing in all aspects.

Placements: The university is well known for its placements and quality education. The university has tie-ups with many national as well as multinational companies. It also deals with the governmental body as we have Gujarat Energy Development Agency, and Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute in our university's premises. So, there is great scope for placements.

Knowledge of reservoir and world class infrastructure.

Placements: In PDPU campus placement is quite good. In last 2 years ONGC visiting PDPU for campus recruitment. But except ONGC there is not any core company coming for campus. And apart from ongc there is also some non core company like Infosys, nirma etc. Visiting campus and on average there 4 to 5 LPA salary for up stream students. The highest package offered by ongc is 17.81LPA. Every year almost 40 to 50 students gets internship from college in different companies like ONGC, GSPC, ESSAR CBM, RELIANCE CB...

Excellent faculty, Best Campus, Good research work.

Placements: Placements are okay but you will get job at where you have done your project. The package is between 3 to 4 LPA. Job will be of technical field only. Students are getting internship very easily and stipend will be dependent on the company. Yes, for study and research purpose it is good department in power system and there are so much experienced faculty here.

The college has the best teachers in electrical branch. Infrastructure and placements are good.

Placements: The college provides good placements for the students of M.Tech. The companies which visit the college to recruit B.Tech students are excellent. Our teachers put their best efforts to make the students get internships in the best companies. Recently, ABB also visited the college to provide internship to the students. Placements: The best companies come to the college for the placements. My seniors got selected in the best company. Many companies like CABB, Torrent, and TCS come to the college for placements. More number of student got selected in those companies. They work as the junior engineers. They pay the best salary than the other companies.

This is one of the best colleges in Gujarat.

Placements: The seniors in our college got placed in Gandhinagar Metro and some teaching fields. They also got placed in PSUs and other companies. It has a separate placement department, and the placement coordinator works hard to get the students placed. Most of the MNCs and core companies are visiting the campus for placements.

If you are smart enough than you will find so many things to learn & also Get placement.

Placements: Placements are Nice. But the core companies are reducing in year by year. Package is also nice. Staff for place is not effective as per my personal experience. University have huge fame. Last year 2017 all eligible students (nearly 32 ) are successfully placed. This year 2018 hardly 5-6 remain. All others are placed.

No placements in petroleum engineering 2016.

Placements: In the petroleum engineering there was two section : upstream ( exploration) and downstream (Refining, processing ). I was in petroleum downstream. Out of 55 student 10 to 12 students placed in core industry. And others had to satisfied with BPO or marketing job which want worth for this course. So I can only give one suggestion please do not take education loan to pay for this university. Jobs in petroleum industry have been minimal through campus placement. Ultimately one has to clear GATE exa...

Placements: PDPU effectively qualifies as one of the quickest developing schools seeing the positions in Gujarat and in addition India. ONGC enlisted just about 40 understudies in the previous two years at a general bundle of nearly Rs. 5 crores which are a genuine embodiment of it. Placements: Almost every willing and eligible candidates get a job from the campus itself. Many students here perform well in CAT, GATE, GRE, GMAT, etc., exams and usually, go for higher studies. The teaching and learning culture at PDPU is simply great, and not only teachers teach students, but both learn hand in hand via research, workshops from industrial professions and training take place in the college.
