Placements: The placement was not good at all. Only B.Com students got placement. 50 percent students got placements in our college. The highest salary was Rs. 300000/annum, the lowest salary was Rs. 100000/annum, and the average was Rs. 200000/annum. Companies that visited the campus were E&Y, Deloitte, etc.
Placements: Placements were around 70 percent. A few of the companies which came to the campus were Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Airtel. The average package was Rs. 3.5 lpa. Internship was compulsory but college did not provide any assistance for internships. Therefore, the students had to find internships on their own.
Placements: The placements for our course are quite good. Many companies which came for recruitment are KPMG, RBS, E&Y, and many other BPOs. The average package was around 280000 p.a. And the job offered was of audit associates.
Placements: In terms of placement, the college placement cell did a poor job. From our batch, hardly 10 or 11 students got placed. Only Sopra Steria and SAP Labs were the major software giants who offered jobs, and both of them were off-campus (but in reference with the placement cell). Because the college is famous for B.Com and economic courses, hardly any focus is provided to B.Sc and bB.Tech students.
Placements: The placements are average, just like the institution. It is likely that you will get placed but the packages are not great. The placement co-ordinator is more focussed on getting mass hiring companies in placements rather than companies who pay more. As for the junior students, earlier there was a lack of internship opportunities but now the P-cell is trying to attract companies which could offer internships for the second-year students.
Placements: Placements are good with the average package starting from 3 LPA. The placements are looked after and the teachers guide the students to take the appropriate career paths. Almost 60-70 percent of the batch gets placed and the companies majorly come for economics background profiles.
This college has the most amazing crowd and a great faculty. There are many events and societies for student's overall development. There is also a well-established placement cell and many companies visit the campus for placement. The infrastructure is good and has good connectivity due to the nearby metro station. Overall, it is one of the best colleges in Delhi University.
It's among the best colleges for commerce in New Delhi. Infrastructure is excellent in the college and faculty members are experienced. It provides quality education. The disadvantage of being off campus can be seen in terms of placements and also it is not as renowned as it should be.
I had some my best time here. Even though it was more of a school. The campus life could have been better. We were not allowed to wear sleeveless or shorts. Those rules are still there but number of societies has increased and the crowd is good and there are lot of things to participate in.
Guru Gobind Singh College being considered as one of the top college in the Delhi University. 95% students get placed on-campus. The college spends a lot of time, and efforts to ensure that good and reputed companies come to the campus to recruit their students. The college campus itself is a beautiful place to chill with friends. The college teachers have a lot of history to tell the students, as many of them have been with the college since a really long time.
Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common but students try and stay as up-to-date as possible in subjects such as Finance and Economics where you won't know when your knowledge is put to test. Students are not given any h...
SGGSCC is one of the best commerce college in Delhi. As it is a part of university of Delhi, it is prestigious as well. It has a very healthy and interactive atmosphere. As college strength is of about 1500 students, most of the students know each other. It has a Punjabi atmosphere and is always energetic. About the campus life, at a walking distance there is NSP market where you will get everything. Every kind of food and every useful stuff. Faculty of the college is very satisfactory. Every te...
Very good faculty and a good place to study. It did not give me that practical knowlege i wanted that i what prompted me to do a mba. Although the college is excellent in its infrastructure and other facilities, has a well built auditorium and playground but lacks a proper facility for teaching.
Placements: Only 20% of BBE get placements. Marketing is the top role offered. ->average package 5 Lacs -> the lowest package 3 Lacs -> the highest package 10 Lacs I don? T know which companies but placements are not that good in this college, and for placements one should even have practical skills .
Placements: Average - 4LPA the lowest - 3LPA the highest - 8.5LPA Top Recruiting Companies Were Jenpat ITC Many companies came with internship programme and most of the students have enrolled it. Top Roles Offered in my college were as Supervisors, Accountant, Analyst, Human Resource.
Placements: Around 60% of students were placed in our course. Multiple companies were recruiting like, Google, Microsoft, etc. As it technician this was the role that was offered to me. The lowest salary offered was Rs 30,000, and the highest salary offered was Rs 45,000. Around 30% of students in the class get the jobs they desired, and the companies they wanted to work in.
Placements: Average 45% placement record from campus. The lowest package offered in recent past was 4.5LPA, the highest package 6.5 LPA. Wipro, dell and KPMG like companies approach the campus. 35% Students got the internship from this college. Participation in mess Management offered in my course.
Placements: The placement record of our college is good. Around 70% of the students got placed in our college. Top recruiting companies are Ernst and Young, KPMG and Deloitte. Profiles offered are audit associate and financial analyst. For internships, our college also organises an internship fair once a year.
Placements: Most of the students didn't sit for placements as either they had plans for higher studies or because the companies only offered non-technical roles. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA, the average salary package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Brain, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC.
Placements: Placements offered in our college are good. Multinational companies visit our campus, and salary packages offered depends on your abilities. B.Com and B.Com (Hons) students have low criteria to attend placements. So, academically average students don't get placed, so these courses placements are low according to other courses.
