Placements: We have a placement cell in our college. Placements were very good, very well reputed companies and banks like ICICI, etc. Came to our college for hiring students and placement rate was almost 80%-85%. There are on campus placements in our college and most of the students of our batch and even our senior's batch got placed in good companies with good salary packages. Average salary package is 2-3lakh per annum.
Placements: They give you opportunities to get placement in good companies like Wipro and American Express and more with good packages, but you have to clear on your basis, and they give you way, and you have to walk on it. Some companies give you good opportunities to settle in foreign with the best packages.
Placements: No placements were there. Only for B.Com some companies used to come for interview for else it was not worth. Very less number of students were placed. And internship was also not up to the mark. The highest placement was 18000. P. M and the lowest was 12000. Companies like Genpact, Swiss bank came for interview.
Placements: The placement opportunities were quite good in this year. Many companies came and found the required expertise from the college. Many students got the jobs in sales, marketing, and even finance with good packages. Also, there is the placement cell to help the students not only of 3 years but also of 1 and 2 years as well by informing them about different internships through which they would involve in some extra activities other than the college studies and societies.
Placements: The placement cell of our college organises a job fair every year. About 100+ companies like Phoenix, IBM, South Indian Bank, Ernst and Young etc. come up with their job opportunities. The placement cell not only organises the placement drive but also helps and nourishes students to make them employment-ready. The placement is about 70-80% in the college.
Placements: There were many big companies at the time of our placements. A total of 80-90 students got selected in reputed organisations such as RBS, ICICI Prudential, E&Y, etc. The staff and head of the placement cell, Vinod sir, are very helpful and cooperative.
Placements: The placements of this college are not good, companies are coming for their interview process, but they are not selecting any of the candidates for their company. Genpact, and other companies have visited our college before 2 weeks, banking jobs are given as per roles. According to me, only 2-4 students are placed. The highest package was 1.5 Lacs P.A, the average was 1.3 Lacs, and the lowest was 1 Lacs. Only 2-5 students got the internship from the college, Rs.12000 was the stipend given 2 the ...
Placements: My batch's placement was good. The percentage of students placed was about 55%. The lowest salary offered was Rs.20,000 per month. The highest salary was Rs.35000 per month. Many MNCs visited the college. The roles offered were assistant manager, junior manager, relationship manager and many more. 60% of students got the internship.
Placements: The placements of the college are rising year by year. Our placement cell is very hard-working and sincere. They are making their best efforts to get the students placed. Almost 50 companies came last year to give employment and the internship opportunities. The salary is offered between Rs. 3 lakhs PA to Rs. 8 lakhs PA. Various roles were offered to the students like analysts, etc.
Placements: The placements in our college are average. A student scoring more than 8 GPA can expect around 4-8 lacs per annum, but anything below will have to face problems regarding placements. Any student who took part in the society works, and different events get the upper hand when they sit in placements. 8 GPA and event handling gives the best placement which I have seen in my college. Overall, I rate 7/10 for placements.
Placements: The placements were offered limited to the students. That means only the toppers get the opportunity of getting placements. The companies that visit the campus for the placements are completely unknown to the colleagues. Who can pass the placement interview he or she is offered a lower salary or I can say less than the minimum salary for the freshers.
Placements: Placements from SGND Khalsa College are good but for commerce students. I am a student of political science and the probability is low for getting a placement but if you get admission in B.Com Hons or B.Com programme, you may get a good placement. Our placement cell is working hard for last few years to bring big companies to our college, but there is no surety that you will definitely get a placement from this college as chances are low.
Placements: The placement in the college is neither good nor bad, but it is not as good as other colleges of Delhi University. My suggestion is that if you are planning to get a job straight out of college, think twice before joining. You’ll surely get a job here, but not a well-reputed one.
Placements: The placement was not so good. Approximately, 40% of students got placed in different companies. Students got an average package of approximately 3-4 lakhs. Most of the companies which came for placement were generally startups. Students didn't get the internship because it was not required as per the syllabus.
Placements: The placement of the college is very good. About 40% of the college students got placed. Around 84 companies have already been contacted with the cell. The percentage would be more than 6 CGPA but depends on the attitude. The highest would be 6-7 lakhs. The placement cell is growing day by day which is expanding its area in terms of companies approaching the college.
Placements: Great placement cell. The college has an in-built placement cell where companies approach students. At my time, Ernst and Young was the company which selected 4 students from our batch. However, you have to be very smart to crack the interview as there are many rounds. Also, Genpact and other companies came to our college.
Placements: The college has an internal placement cell and a lot of companies come to provide placements to the students throughout the year. However, the package and quality of placements are quite average and it benefits basically more to the students from commerce degrees like B.Com and economics. Less options are available for those from arts courses like political science honours. One could always sit for placements inside the college and has chances of getting one too, but for someone whose focus is o...
Placements: There were many companies which came for the placement drive in my college. There were several companies for BCom program. But many came for other programmes as well. A total of 15 companies came for the job fair. A job fair was held and students from other colleges also participated. 30-40 students got placed. Companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Ernst and Young, American Express and Genpact among others came for hiring students. The placement procedure was conducted in a good manner. The ...
Placements: Many companies visited during the placement session, including Ernst & Young. 90% of the students, who applied for college placement and were serious about it, did get the jobs. But many students did not bother sitting in the preliminary interviews as the salary was pretty low and most of the jobs were related to sales and business development. On an average, the package was of Rs. 14000 per month. Other than Ernst & Young, there were hardly any famous companies as the college is really small an...
Placements: The placement facility in this college is good. Packages are being offered by companies worth between 2-3 lakhs. Companies like EY visit this college but the % of students selected are nearly 5-10%. The lowest package was 150,000. Placements in this college are good and it is getting better yearly.
