Review of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur college.
Placements: Placement in Khalsa College is average, like 50–80% of students get placed. The highest package is 8–12 lacs and the lowest package is 4-6 lacs. TCS, Wipro, ZS and Genpact are the top recruiting companies for CS in India. Software developers, data science and information security analysts are some of the top roles offered in CS.
Infrastructure: Facilities like transportation, food, water and a park for students are available at Khalsa College. The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available for only faculty. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are okay. The library has course-related books for students. Sports and games are played as competitions sometimes.
Faculty: Teachers are always ready to help a student online or offline and all teachers are very qualified. All teachers have a doctorate degree or are pursuing a doctorate. Exams are hard but you can score good marks by studying through the textbooks. 40% is the passing mark. And these things make students ready for the industry.

Our college provides good teachers, placements, and course curriculum.
Placements: There are ample placement and internship opportunities for students in non-IT and technical roles like business development, HR, etc. The placement cell is working hard to bring companies for IT roles. There are 45 students in our batch. Around 7 students got placed as analysts and 5 to 6 students got placed as HR. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Ernst & Young, GIST, some other financial companies, and audit-based firms. Placements for non-IT roles are very good in the college, but for CS students, they are not worth it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Projectors are available in our classrooms. Wi-Fi is also enabled. There are two computer laboratories with an adequate number of systems for every student. Separate hostels are available for both girls and boys. There is a good library and reference books are available. This college has a huge cricket field. It also has a volleyball court.
Faculty: Faculty members in our branch are average. Some are excellent. Long lectures on the same subject sometimes make you sleepy during class. The course curriculum is relevant. The course is based on theoretical knowledge, so it does not make students ready for the industry. It is better to do B.Tech or you will have to pursue MCA to get better opportunities in the IT industry. Semester exams are easy. The internal exams and assignments are hard to score.
Other: Our college is surrounded by other north-campus colleges, and the closest one is Miranda House. So, the campus crowd is very good with a lot of diversity. This college lacks is competency and seriousness. Scholarships are provided for meritorious students.

The faculty is pretty good, almost dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: Around 20% students got placed last year in off campus placements other opt for higher studies. The average package offered was around 4 LPA according to our professors. We have a placement cell named Ignite which provides internships. The internships are mainly of marketing and HR so much CS students do not show interest.
Infrastructure: The Library is pretty good and there is lot of space for studying. The Wi-Fi is also available in the college campus. The classrooms I would rate below average because In classrooms there is no AC and around 90% do not have projector. Also the CS lab is not good there are old systems. So basically the infrastructure is below average. The hostel is pretty good. But at present only girls hostel is open.
Faculty: The faculty of CS is pretty good. Our professors are very knowledgeable. They have good experience in teaching. The problem lies with the curriculum I mean the curriculum focus much on theory than practical. If you want to do web development, app development, data analysis you have to gain these skills on your own. The curriculum do not provide much skills needed in industry. The semester exams are pretty easy you can pass just studying 2 day before the exam. The passing percentage is around 95%. .
Other: I have choose this course because When I was in class 12th I developed interset in coding so I thought that I can make career in this field. If DU include more practical component in this course it would be pretty good. There are plenty of societies in out college. Around every week there is some event or competition. The fest of the khalsa college is one of the biggest fest in DU. The connectivity is also good the vishwavidyalya and GTB Nagar metro station is at walking distance. The college has provided scholarships for student with not very good financial condition. Also the DU provide plenty of scholarships.

All about SGTB Khalsa College, Delhi University.
Placements: There are ample amount of opportunities, for those who really want to get placed. Internships are not that good, because mostly, you are not responded to your application submitted.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There are 2 labs in the college, with enough number of computers. The classrooms are also good, each having an air conditioner inside. The boys hostel is recently built. Thus, the overall infrastructure is good.
Faculty: The faculty for computer science, is average. There are few teachers who teacher very well, but others just read out the presentation in the class. Semester exams are not that difficult. One can easily score good marks in the exams, by studying the previous year question papers.

SGTB's cutoff (99.6) says it all.
Placements: Placement is decent but varies every year. Previous year was a boom in terms of placement with some of our seniors getting placed in approximately 15 LPA. Top recruiting firms included Nomura and TCS. Internships are fairly low as most of the times we're burdened with assignments and practicals which isn't a nice thing about the course structure of B.Sc. Computer Science.
Infrastructure: Average infrastructure as my rating suggests as we aren't loaded with as many services as available in other renowned colleges in wnd and around Delhi. Classrooms are good, ventilated and all and library is also decent with almost all the books (related to CS available. Canteen is the best thing so far with variety and reasonable prices.
Faculty: Faculty is decent with some of the professors being exceptional in the field like professor V K. Even the new curriculum is much industry related and one of the reason for being a placement rate raiser of the college. Exams are a bit difficult because of the course being so dynamic and pass percentage is 40 recent as per DU guidelines.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in CS and I don't regret a single thing about the it. North campus is the culture every other student wants to get an experience of and this college really provides you with that. Crowd is awesome and exposure is overwhelming.
