The infrastructure and facilities are good, but I'm dissatisfied with placements and teachers.

Placements: Only below 10% of the students got placed in core companies from mechanical engineering. The highest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. About 20% of students got internships, and even our college doesn't involve in it anymore.

I am dissatisfied not only with one thing but every aspect of this college.

Placements: About 20% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Sintex and Supreme Private Limited visit our campus for placements. About 10% of the students from our course got an internship in Supreme industries. The top roles offered are the technical manager and technical specialists.

The college is not bad for students.

Placements: Many placements are not available for students, and only some placements are offered from high-end companies. Many companies visited here are normal. However, students who do good work can get good placements easily.

I have taken the worst decision of joining here.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark here when you consider the salary packages got by students as they are very low compared to offers got by the students of other colleges. Companies which recruit students from here are not of the top tier as they aren't even good at all. In our college, placement records are not much good at all.

Our college has good campus atmosphere.

Placements: I am final year student, the placements in our college are poor. There is no on campus placements. So our college tied up with TASK, which provides placements to the students. And no internship is provided by our college. But our college conducted SERVICE NOW programme in our college.

The college is good only for the CSE and ECE department, and the remaining courses are not worthy.

Placements: In our college, mechanical engineering placements are not satisfying. Other branches like CSE, ECE and IT students will get placed well. If you score 70-80% in academics, then you would have a chance to get placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro and Ashok Leyland visit our campus for placements. Above 70% of the students got an internship in companies like BHEL, ...

The average salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Genpact, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc., visit our college for placements. It is a good college, but it is not enough according to present education standards.

Placements: Around 50% to 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 to 35,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are Salesforce, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, etc. Top roles offered to the students are developer, tester, call centre, marketing, non-technical, etc. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 10 to 15 LPA, the lowest ...

I'm satisfied as our HOD was very helpful in terms of guidance but disappointed by the teachers.

Placements: About 30% of the students from the CSE course were placed. The highest salary package offered here was 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Top roles offered here are a data scientist, Java developer, tester and data analyser. Only 1% of the students got internships in KPMG company, which was located in Bangalore.

Dissatisfied with the quality of facility.

Placements: 1. The placements are not up to the mark this year. Only 25% students are placed. The highest package is 5LPA and the least package is 2.5 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro visited our campus through service-now platform. Our college provided "service-now software development training", which helped many students to get placed in top IT companies. And our college didn't provide any internship opportunities. Interested students have done internships on their own.

Review of Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Overall 15 to 30% of the students got placements, but only a few of them are placed in MNCs, and others got placed in consultancy companies. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. We all got placed in off-campus, and there are no mass recruiting companies of our college. The campus life is good. It has good library and labs.

Placements: About 70% of students in our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between 2.5-3.5 LPA. Roles like site engineer are offered to the students. Almost 90% of students got in TNR, and most of them got placed in companies. Some of them went for European countries for higher studies.

Average college with average faculty. !

Placements: The placements were mostly of BPO and IT sector. Some of them were digital marketing jobs too. The maximum was 4L and the minimum was 2L. About 40-50% got them job but no one went to join the job as mostly were BPO. There were companies like INFOSYS, amazon, and other tech solutions that offered jobs. Better to place in the campus itself and search for the other job that you're interested in.

Overall, it is an average college for middle-class people.

Placements: The college doesn't provide proper placements. They do not care about placements. Very few companies, that too BPOs, visited the college for placements. None of the students got selected from our branch. Almost 50 students were selected from all branches of 2018 batch.

The college has good faculty members, average infrastructure, bad cafeteria and very bad placements.

Placements: Placements in the college for electrical branches are the worst. As far as I know, all the companies offer placements related to either software field or call centre. The highest salary they have offered was not more than Rs. 15,000 per month. But, there will be a huge banner in the college saying that students have been placed in many great companies like Amazon, Wipro and Efftronics. But in reality, those companies haven't visited the college this year. Most of my fellow batch mates have secur...

It is a very good engineering college.

Placements: Placements for our batch were really very good. Many companies visited our college, and some companies even visited 4 times a year. There is a placement drive conducted the mid of the year where many MNCs visit and provide CRT training to the 4th year students. Many of the students easily get placed.

I'm dissatisfied with infrastructure, sports, events, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.

Placements: The college has a placement cell. They had listed 49 companies for placements, and among them, 5 companies visited our college for placements. Generally, these companies will select 3 or 4 students and offer a salary package of around 3 LPA. Internship opportunities are very rare in our college, and students have to find internships through websites like Internshala, etc.

Satisfied for the money I paid, and because it's a autonomous college, it is of great help to me.

Placements: Talking about placements, they are good but not great because mostly BPO companies come for placements offering salary packages of 1-1.50 lacs per annum. Companies like Aliens, VEON and MNCs do not come to our college. Companies offering packages of 3 lacs per annum are rare, and it was the same for our senior batch. It's sad to say there are no internships provided in the college. As a matter of fact, there is an effective placement cell which is quite spacious and used to its fullest.

The surroundings of the campus are good.

Placements: The placements of Sri Indus College are below average. Only software companies visit our college to offer placements. The lowest salary offered was in between Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month. The highest salary offered was in between Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. Faculty members don't permit you for the internship programs.

The college is good, and it is gradually increasing its facilities and is developing in all ways.

Placements: Placements in the college are neither good nor bad because most of the placements are only for circuit branches. But for core branches, placement opportunities for our batch and seniors batches were less. The companies that visited the college offered a salary package of 1.2 LPA, but for circuit branches, the salary package varied between 2.4 LPA to 4 LPA. The college doesn't provide any permissions to students regarding internships during college hours. Students have to do their work after coll...
