Around 55% of students got internships. Tech Mahindra visits our college to recruit civil students. Roles are based on our interests.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is better. All facilities are good. Facilities are not good in core courses. The hostel is average. The quality of the food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are average. Core teachers are not good. The curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are above average and test students' logical knowledge. The pass percentage is above 85%.
Other: Our college encourages us in sports and games. I chose this course to get a civil job. Our teachers should provide more information to students. The crowd is good. Fests and activities are very good.

Our campus is very good. Boys' hostel is not available.
Placements: I am from electronics and communication background. From our course, a maximum of 80% of students got placed through campus placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top companies are Accenture, Capgemini, CTS, Wipro, and Infosys.
Infrastructure: The hostel is available only for girls on campus, for boys, it is out of the campus. Wi-Fi is not available.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They treat us like professionals. They teach everything if we have any doubts. There is a friendly environment in classes. Faculty members are helpful. Almost all faculty members have completed their M.Tech, and some of them are doctorates. They have excellent knowledge about the topics. Semester exams are neither too hard nor too easy, but medium.

College review of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
Placements: 80% students were placed in my course. The highest package offered is 18LPA, the lowest package is 2LPA with an average package of 5LPA. LTI company is the top recruiter for our course. No students got internships so far. Developer and tester are the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really outstanding and the laboratories are of good quality. Each classroom consist of one projector. There are many labs like digital electronics lab, operation systems lab, Chemistry lab, Physics lab and others. There are 4 libraries available throughout the college. I am not a hostler so I don't have enough knowledge about the hostels. Medical facilities are fine. Mostly every class gets a sports period weekly. There are good sports equipments and a huge ground for playing. Sports club is active and the college also conducts annual sports competition.
Faculty: The teachers are so humble and well qualified as each one of them has their PhD's and doctorates. Their teaching is not bad but should be improved, like it should be more of practical and real world related. Curriculum is flexible and relevant to today's market needs. It does make the students industry ready but needs improvements in teaching methods. The semester exams level is medium. Passing percentage is pretty high which is around 90%.
Other: I am in love with AI&ML from the past 3 years, coincidentally it's in boom in the market. So that's the reason I chose this course. It should be more practical learning oriented than just the theory. The teaching methods should be improved and communication between the students is really important. They should have made the students sit in groups and rank their overall groups percentage so that they take it as a healthy competition and make improvements in their respective areas. Every year, there will be 3 major fests and 2 minor feats held. So it's pretty fun being in the college.

Really good college but low placements in 2022 to 2023.
Placements: Nearly 200 members are placed in this year. The highest package is 6 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Mostly student are selected off campus. So, there is no top companies come to college. CSE students are mostly placed in my college. There is low placements in 2022 to 2023 batch.
Infrastructure: All the infrastructure is good in my college. College is looks greenary and having lot of freedom to students. While coming to the hostel. Girls have hostel within the college while boys having hostel with some distan to college. Food is not much good.
Faculty: In my college having well qualified teachers and they help the students to get good marks. This college is belongs to JNTUA. The campus is very greenary and having good infrastructure. The food in the canteen is good but food in the hostel is not much tasty and good.
Other: I studying electronics and communication engineering. Overall college is good. Events and fest are less in the college. Those events are conduct in 1st and 2nd year only.

Satisfied with placements, infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: From our college, a high percentage of students get jobs in placement drives. The salary package offered here ranges from 2.5 LPA to 11 LPA. Many companies like HCL, Tech Mahindra and Wipro etc. come for placements. Many students got internships in many core companies. Our college has the best placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in hostel and college are good. Good and healthy food is provided in our canteen and mess. The hostel has good infrastructure and food is above average and fee will be 70000/- per academic year. The hostel is in peace atmosphere with greenery and will be good for the students to concentrate on studies.
Faculty: Lecturers are so helpful and highly educated, but very strict when it comes to curriculum, otherwise, they are friendly and teaching quality is good. Our college follows JNTUA curriculum (plan of action book in which detailed information is provided as to what should be taught to the students in a particular time period. ).
Other: Multiple sports grounds and coaching are present. Incomplete attendance invites penalty.

Since you have reservation rank, it doesn't matter in your case. Sometimes, it goes up to 12000 rank to get seat in top colleges. For more information, check out previous year cutoffs.

Yes, there is a dual degree course in SV University. The SVUEET is the entrance exam for it. Then, if you are eligible in this exam, then you can get into SV University in self-finance quota. All the best.
