Review of Srinivas Institute of Technology, A.Shama Rao Foundation Srinivas Group of Colleges.
Placements: Around 50% of the students were placed. The packages offered range from 10-30 LPA in this course. The companies that visited the college are IBM, Infosys, Diya System etc. The roles offered are software developer, tester, technical support engineer etc. Only a few people got internships from the course. Placements in 2020 were not good because of the pandemic.
Infrastructure: The classrooms in our college are very good. They provide cushion chairs so that we feel comfortable. Wi-Fi is not provided. The library is very good. The quality of facilities in the hostel is average. The food in the hostel is not good. The games are also encouraged.
Faculty: The teachers are very good, qualified and knowledgeable. They are helpful and guide us in a proper way. They are very kind. The course curriculum is not relevant, and we don't get a job after this course. We have to struggle and work hard to get a job. It doesn't make students industry-ready.
Other: Since I wanted my career in the IT field, I chose this course. Some more technical knowledge should be provided so that we will be thorough in the industry. The campus crowd is high, and the surrounding is also good.

We made a record in 2015 that is 20 students from our college GOT placed in Infosys.
Placements: Yes we have a training and placement department in our college. Which takes a special care of students in their placement activities. Top recruiting companies which come to our college are IBM, Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, nearly 100+companies visit our college. The highest package is 10lakhs per annum and the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum. Students placed in my course are I think 95% of students will be get placed. All the students studying in my course got internship in different companies.
Infrastructure: We have separate department called department of information Science and engineering. We have a very good faculty. Very supportive faculty were they shape us to a successful engineer. We have two main labs for our course. Were that lab is divided into three labs each with high-speed internet connection. Coming to classroom we have Auditorium like classrooms with a projector in it. We have a central library were we get subject related textbooks, journals, magazines, textbooks to do researches, news paper, and we can also download books in our library. We also free Wi-Fi connection in our library. Food quality is very good in our college. Our college conducts sports meet and national level fests. Our college gives training in games like cricket, kabbadi, hockey, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They are well talented and well qualified. They have very good knowledge in their subjects. Their teaching quality is great. Yes their teachings Makes us ready to work in industries and to become a successful engineer. Their support and guidance will make us more successful in our career.
Other: I choose this course because I love coding and software development. The best things about my course are there are many MNC companies opening now a days. So that we get jobs in any one of those companies. IT sector has huge demand now a days. I think we best in our college there is nothing needed to improve. Our college conducts national level fest and many technical events such as c programming. Our college provides scholarships to the students. We have very good infrastructure. And very nice surroundings. Our college is AICTE approved by new Delhi. And also NAAC accredited college.

About Srinivas Institution of Technology
Placements: I haven't passed the college yet I am still the first year student. As per as my knowledge us college has the good Placement ratio . 70-80% of students are got placed in our college. Highest package was 7-8 LPA and lowest was 2-3LPA , we get lots of opportunities from Reputed companies
Infrastructure: Awesome Faculty , there is no negative comment about Hostel , its near to college and the Hostel food is good there are many options . We have wi-fi in our campus for all students. If you want to work on your laptop you will get a lab and internet connection there is no need for permission in lab (unless you use it for personal needs)
Faculty: The lecturers were helpful , well qualified and knowledgeable , they have worked in college for many years(they are well experienced).
yes, we are getting trained from the first year it self . Semester exams are bit difficult (VTU) we have 80-90% of passing ratio. It all depends on student .
