A:
{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Based on the provided information, I'd say that Swami Shraddhanand College is a good option for B.Sc., particularly for students interested in Physical Sciences like Chemistry. Here's a breakdown:

Pros:

* Good infrastructure overall, with well-maintained libraries and labs.
* Excellent faculty with Ph.D. qualifications, known for their professionalism, extra classes, and encouragement towards research practices.
* Emphasis on practical learning, with opportunities for projects and research.
* Opportunities for extracurricular activities, sports, and festivals.
* Limited placements may exist due to the university's efforts, although these might not be directly related to your course.

Cons:

* Limited hostel facilities, with students having to opt for private PG accommodations nearby.
* Average placement record, with fewer students getting placed compared to others.
* No direct industry connections for placements.
* While the college has made efforts to organize placement drives and internship programs, these seem limited.
* Infrastructure improvements could be considered, as the college's buildings and classrooms may need renovation.

Overall, while Swami Shraddhanand College doesn't excel in placements, it seems to offer a solid education in Physical Sciences, with engaging faculty and adequate infrastructure. My college is the best and I suggest you take admission here.
Placements: 5 to 10 percent of students are placed in my course. The highest package is approximately 8 Lacs, and the minimum package is 2 Lacs. Companies like Amazon recruit from our course, and at least 5 percent of students secure top roles based on their knowledge and other qualifications. Moreover, my course also offers the opportunity to become a chartered accountant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in my college is average, and no hostel is provided. The washrooms are below average; they are not clean and maintained well. The quality of food is good but expensive compared to some colleges. However, sports are very popular in my college, especially cricket.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good; they teach like a friend and provide a lot of help. Semester exams are moderate, but you can easily pass with just one day of study, so there's no need to fear the exams, just enjoy and pass. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: I chose this course because all my family members chose it, so I also decided to pursue it. I wish to improve the infrastructure and toilets.

Our college provides peaceful environment and a big ground to play.
Placements: Around 20% to 30% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Shriram, EPC, and Deloitte. Students have to individually apply off-campus for internships.
Infrastructure: The library is small but has enough books. There are 2 computer labs with updated software. The infrastructure of our college is old. Classrooms don't have all facilities. The canteen is of a very low standard. Sports facilities are good mainly for cricket.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable. Semester exams are difficult to get a good CGPA. The course curriculum is relevant.

Good infrastructure in the new building, faculty is good.
Placements: In our college, 30 to 35 students are in one class. In our college, there is no placement; if there is, we don't know about it because we can't get it. After 8 percentile, a college student can get the placement, and there are a few companies that approached our college. They are not approaching just because of bad facilities and transport facilities.
Infrastructure: We have old buildings for B.A. and B.Com students. The infrastructure is really bad, with bad-condition washrooms, bad-condition fans, etc. The food quality is not good and not bad; it's just neutral. We have sports facilities only for boys; girls don't play any type of sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for students and give us the best knowledge. Yes, somehow students are industry-ready by studying. Only a few exams are hard; otherwise, they're moderate. The 6th semester gets completed in 3 months. Semester exams are moderate, but assignments, internal exams, and practicals are hard for us. Before the exam, we do those and get disturbed from our studies.
Other: I chose it because I wanted a banking job, and it was a great decision. Some teaching skills can be better. Events and fests are good, but the crowd is local, and they roam freely in our events.

The college has a huge sports ground.
Placements: Placement was just fine. Small companies visited the college for placements. Around 65% students got placements from our college. The average package offered was around two lakhs per annum and the highest was four lakhs after graduation. I wanted to pursue Masters after graduation.
Infrastructure: Fest is conducted once a year and mostly in the month of April. Books were not available most of the time in the library and librarian used to provide very old editions of the required books. Amenities in college were not so good. Sports ground was huge.
Faculty: Faculty members were not very good as they were not so much educated. They were not supportive in nature. Most of them have completed their Ph.D. or Masters degree. Exams were very difficult in Delhi university. In a year, there are two semesters so exams are conducted twice a year.
Other: I want to make a career in the finance field as I am interested in accounting, taxation, and investment that's why I chose B.Com (Hons). Eligibility criteria for graduation course admission is that the student should have passed 12th from a reputed board. If eligible, you can apply for admission on Delhi University official website, the price of form is very low, reservation for categories is available you want to submit your certificate for this.

It is a good college, and I will rate it 4 out of 5. Everything is on point except placements.
Placements: If I talk about SSNC, there is no placement cell till now. There are no placements in the college for any course. If students join this college with the thinking to get placements, then I don't recommend it. All Delhi University Colleges are not the same.
Infrastructure: At SSNC, there are two buildings. One building is new, and the other building is old as per the courses. If students are pursuing B.Com and B.A, they are accommodated in the old building. The infrastructure of the old building is very poor. If students are pursuing other courses, they are accommodated in the new building. The infrastructure of the new building is good compared to the old building. I give 3 stars because of the new building.
Faculty: At SSNC, teachers are good, very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of the teaching is good. Semester exams are not hard but around 2-3 teachers make them hard. Otherwise, the level of paper is easy to moderate. The pass percentage is around 85-90%, which is good.
Other: I chose this course because of my future goals. The best thing about B.Com (Hons) is that students get knowledge about the corporate world and can know how it works in businesses and industries. Our course should include more practical than theoretical. Events, fests, the campus crowd, and everything are very good. It all depends on our friends. There are many extracurricular activities like different types of competitions, drawing, debates, games, etc.
