Faculty: The faculty at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research are a mixed bag. Some of the teachers are helpful and friendly, while two out of the six teachers we have are rude and uncooperative. They just read through the PowerPoint slides and don't explain anything. The exams and semester felt easy, as it was our first time taking these exams. On the plus side, students who have an exam are given air-conditioned rooms.

Faculty: The faculty are great and very knowledgeable, keep the class interactive, and are very helpful in solving students' doubts in and after class. The curriculum consists of 40% weight for internals and 60% weight for externals. Only term-end exams are conducted, which consist of 30-mark and 60-mark exams.

You can't just learn theory for a practical subject. You need to have a correct balance between theory and practical for the respective course, which does lack sometimes.

Faculty members are friendly, and students can ask him doubts about anything, they will answer or provide the solution the next day. For each semester, three CIAs will be conducted, and the best of two will be taken for internals.
