Dissatisfied only because of campus area and the attendance percentage criteria.

Placements: 1. 60% of students were placed 2. The highest package was 4.8L and the lowest was 1.5L 3. Concentrics, l&t and other 2-3 companies were there for recruitment. 4. Executive, assistant, dept. head roles were offered. 6. All students were placed or doing internships.

SICSR: A college of future.

Placements: The placement is quite good with various companies coming for the placements such as Tavisca, Deloitte, Byjus, Capgemini, SKP, VMware, Vodafone, Redhat, IBM to name a few. The highest package is around 18 Lacs and the average placements is around 6 Lacs.

The college offers a good course curriculum, and there is a lot to learn. Placements are the worst.

Placements: Maximum of the students were placed, but not in a good company. The placement quality has been degraded badly. The TPO was behind just providing students with internships and not actually bothered about final placements. One of the companies invited by the college was the worst company to work with, and almost 14 people were recruited, but no one was offered a job as the company was not capable of providing the CTC promised.

Best circulam for IT management aspirants with good faculty members.

Placements: Placements from last five years are drastically going down, before of the competition which SICSR is facing with SCIT in IT placements. 85%placement with 6 lacks heights and 4.5 the lowest, only startups and medium companies visit, roles like business analyst and data analyst are entertained.

The college is not up to the mark. The only advantage for the students is its reputation.

Placements: I don't know much about placements, but I recently heard from our seniors that a student from the BCA department got a great package of around 18 LPA after the completion of her course. However, I heard that the girl who got placed was highly skilled when compared with others. Overall, the placements are not that great here.

This college used to be the best one earlier.

Placements: As per our seniors, we don't really get placements here. But a few excellent students have still got placed directly after the completion of their course. As we are the students of the first year of our course, we aren't really informed anything related to this yet, so we are even going with the opinion of our seniors.

I would like to say that if you want to do your UG aur PG in IT field, SICSR is a good option.

Placements: Symbiosis is known for its good placement statistics, and SICSR of the Institute of SIU is also the best in its placement. It offers good placements for both UG and PG courses. Around 90% of the students get placed in the campus placement. In MSc-CA batch of 2014-2016, one of the students (a fresher) got Rs. 15 lakhs package and for MBA-IT, the highest package offered was Rs. 10 lakhs. The average package offered for MSc-CA and MBA-IT was Rs. 5 lakhs each. The students from MSc-CA got placed as ...

Good curriculum, but lead down by the poor management.

Placements: Placements are not really good. There are companies coming, but a very few companies are good. For MBA-IT also, the placements are very poor. But still, I got placed during by BCA. For masters, the package they provide isn't that good. During my graduation, the companies that came were Deloitte, L&T, ZS Associate and Vodafone visited for placements. Infosys and HCL didn't come for placements, inspite of giving the invitation. Except for Deloitte and ZS Associate, none of the companies gave good ...

Satisfactory college with good placements.

Placements: The placement officer handles the placement in SICSR. He gets the best of companies. The student can crack the interview and get a good job. MBA-IT every year gets admission of 100 students approximately, and all students get the internship from college. That is a great achievement for SICSR.

Good course but management has to plan and co-ordinate better to keep students informed.

Placements: The placements would be considered below average. It offers packages from 2 LPA to 3 LPA while other Symbiosis institution which offers only BBA offers starting salary at 3.5 LPA. In SICSR, companies like L&T and Infotech for 2-year training and jobs, Amazon (customer care and BPO), Justdial had offered jobs last year (2017) and HSBC 2 years before that. The companies differ every year, and there are not many options for placements just 2 or 3 companies come for placements. The student percentag...

Overall, the college is good.

Placements: Placements are up to the mark in this college. Top-notch companies like Deloitte, Infosys, LTI, Capgemini and a few others have already conducted their placement drive for SICSR this year, and students who sincerely appeared for the same got selected without any issue. Apart from this, various startups and Tier-II companies including companies from the same city have also selected students this year. Though the placements are just in the mid-way for this year and other good companies are also li...

I expected high from Symbiosis college but this was a very bad college as compared to other college.

Placements: In our college, the placement cell is nice. Before the placement, there are some placement cell activities as well. But it only depends on the mood of the placement coordinator. Most of the companies, nowadays, do not come to the placements. Tthe startup companies are the only ones that come to the placements. We got a company like Amazon, but we have to go out of the campus to get the placement. At an average, we got a stipend amount of around Rs. 2.5 lakhs. But it can depend on the class resul...

Best college to study IT courses, well equipped with all the facilities and the placements are good.

Placements: SICSR offers 100% placement for courses such as BCA. It has a good record of placement and has tie-ups with various companies such as Deloitte. The college has a separate placement team which Is responsible for bringing various companies to the campus. The average salary offered for a BCA graduate is around 4-5lakh per annum. It can be much higher as exceptions are always there. The jobs offered to BCA graduates are usually of the software developer or controlling big data or even as an associat...

Placements: 100% of the students were offered the internship from the college itself. The placement was dependent on the candidate's work performance in the internship. A few companies gave direct placements and the average package offered was around 5 lakhs per anum. Companies like HSBC and Bajaj Finserv visited the campus.

Good faculty and good placements in 2017.

Placements: Placements for the batch 2015-17 were really good. 100% students were placed. The highest salary package is Rs. 6,20,000 p.a. The average salary package is 5,00,000 p.a. Companies like HSBC, Bajaj Finserv, Hurix Systems, Ansh Systems, Capgemini, Sokrati, Go Live Faster, Yardi Software, Nykaa, Webonise, etc. Roles offered were that of business analyst, quality analyst, risk analyst, programmer, and management trainee. Placements: The placements of my batch were average. Around 45%-50% who applied for the jobs were recruited. The lowest package offered was 1.5 lakhs and the highest package offered was 3.75 lakh. The companies which came to the campus were a few MNCs and were mostly startups.
