I am satisfied because it provides good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Nearly 30 students of an academic batch get placed every year.
4150 is a yearly package, but scholarships were given. Mtutur, Zoho, and many more companies visit the campus. Almost 10 students who work hard get internships in companies that need Arabic. Advanced skills are added, and additional course is provided online. Many other tasks are also conducted to get more certificates of skills. The department is very caring, but our hard work is needed.
Infrastructure: We have labs, classrooms, and smart classes. All the facilities are good but I don't know much about the food served in the hostel. I think there is a daily routine. Our department also provides skills in technology base by editing, and also computer wise like for typing a lab is there, and more BBC news options in Arabic to improve.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are all very kind and help us a lot apart from the syllabus. The course curriculum is relevant and all the students are ready for the industry. Our college added additional subjects like employability skills, environment science, English, and others like science, etc., to empower students. Out of 100, the passing marks are 35.
Other: If you work hard a bit, you can gain more.

It is a good college that is located in the heart of the city.
Placements: Very few students get placements in this course because many students opt for higher studies. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiters are Sutherland, Jio, and Justdial. Many students do internships in NGOs because they related to their courses.
Infrastructure: Every classroom has a projector and a smart screen. The library is excellent. It has daily newspapers, international journals, and books related to the subjects. Hostel facilities are good in terms of infrastructure and food. The college has one small canteen. All the major games are played. It has a play arena.
Faculty: All teachers are good at their respective subjects. This course includes recent issues. It makes students industry-ready. Passing semester exams is easy. Everyone can easily score 80%. There are no worries about passing exams.
Other: I chose this course to do higher studies and gain knowledge in this field. They should change the syllabus according to the new updates. The main events are freshers' day, sports day, annual day, and graduation day.

Review of The New College.
Placements: Minimum 60% get placed. The highest salary is Rs.8000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs.4700 per month. Most of the companies offer placements. The percentage was above 70% got internships.
Infrastructure: There are spoken English, computer course, and seminar to get more confidence. Hostel and food was very good. They serve non veg and the canteen is very clean. Ground is very big. Sports are new. Medical was strict.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent and helpful. The course curriculum makes students ready for industry. Semester was very strict. More than 50% is a pass percentage. We have a student union conduct elections the right way to get the leader.
Other: I will try to be a civil service for the people so I decided to take this course. There are very big things to improve knowledge. All the extracurricular activities are held.

Review of The New College.
Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 12,000-24,000 per month. Sutherland is the top recruiting company for our course. Top roles, like team leader and government employees, are offered to the students. About 60% of the students got an internship in companies like Sutherland.
Infrastructure: There is a smart room at our college. It provides two auditoriums in every department. It provides a huge library with a large number of books. In the hostel, there are canteens, which serves good quality food for the students. Wardens are very friendly and polite. The hostel has inner ground, which is separate from college ground, and it is useful for hostel students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very well educated. They are experienced in their field in study. They give supports to the students. They are helpful. Teachers have knowledge in the study and also society. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students improve. This course also covers other studies, like sociology and science.
Other: I have chosen this course because it helps to increase my knowledge in history and it is helpful in TNPSC and UPSC exams. I wish the college should provide outreach activities. Society development schemes are organised by the students, and it will improve the course. Intercollege competitions and events are organised at our college. Scholarships are available for backward caste students.

The teachers, placements, and sports facilities are good.
Placements: Placements in The New College were more competitive than other colleges. It was just because of the quality campus interviews. The fee structure was much reasonable compared to other colleges. About 40 courses were offered by the college. There were PG courses which always provide good results. The placement cell of the college supported internships at any cost. The way they guided was enthusiastic. Almost, more than 150 students were selected.
Infrastructure: Mainly, I like our college because of sports. The college is very much supportive and provides guidance in sports, and also, NCC is important to us. There are labs with all facilities although I heard from my friends that it is great. The library is equipped with modern computers and internet facility. The library is another most important aspect of the college. Classrooms are the same as other colleges. Medical facilities are provided very quick as there are three hospitals in the surroundings.
Faculty: I could say that the faculty members in our college were the most experienced ones. The college has about 250 teachers with more than eight years of experience. For me, it was quite good, and I was interested in their lectures. From their lectures, we can be confident enough to have a good career ahead. Learning is the other most important aspect of this college.
Other: The college organises regular NSS and NCC camps. The college provides a scholarship of Rs. 5,000 per year. Annually, events are organised along with many activities.

The new college was very sweet in royapetteh.
Placements: The Career Guidance Cell at The New College functions under the direct control and directions of the Principal of the College. A team of Professors nominated by they Principal, work together to guide the students on Career opportunities. The objective of the cell is to identify the talents available among the students of this College and nurture and harness them further and offer guidance to choose a bright and right career. The activities of the cell include collecting the database of the students and compiling them for use when needed. The cell facilitates the students to improve their skills to face various competitive exams such as civil service exams conducted by UPSC and TNPSC. The Career Guidance Cell organizes seminars and meetings to encourage the students to plan their future. Above all, the main function of the cell is to invite reputed companies to the campus to conduct campus interviews and find suitable jobs for the skills available among the students. The cell also facilitates the economically weaker sections of the students of first and second year undergraduate courses to find suitable part time jobs to supplement the family income without affecting the academic pursuit.
Infrastructure: The New College is a Government-Aided Muslim minority College affiliated to the University of Madras. It was founded by the Muslim Educational Association of Southern India (MEASI). Since its founding in 1951 with about 200 intermediate course students, The New College has rigorously upheld commitment to providing quality Higher Education to the deserving students, especially from weaker sections of the society. The college is currently run by a Managing Committee of the MEASI under the chairmanship of noted Chartered Accountant, Janab. U. Mohamed Khalilullah. On our beautiful campus on Peter's Road, Royapettah, Chennai, about 5000 students pursue their intellectual passion through more than 35 academic programmes. The New college campus also houses three other institutions run by its parent body viz. , MEASI Academy of Architecture, MEASI Institute of Management, and MEASI Institute of Information Technology.
Faculty: Library - About Us
The New College Library has been emerging as a Knowledge Resource Centre mainly catering to the needs of the Faculty, Administrative Staff, Research Scholars and Students towards accessing information. The Library has been shifted to a spacious and easily accessible area in the new diamond jubilee building. Our library is housed in a hall of 18000 sqft with good infrastructure and ambience. There is a regular subscription to leading Newspapers, Magazines and Journals thereby augmenting the library as a rich source of knowledge. The feedback from users of the Library testify that they have always cherished memories of having availed the services of this treasure-house of knowledge in the past decades.
Other: Every student of the I year degree class shall be required to undergo the course of physical training prescribed by the college and his annual attendance and progress certificates shall not be considered complete unless the principal has certified on the report of the director of physical education that the student has satisfactorily undergone the prescribed course in physical training and put in three-fourths of the attendance in addition to the usual course of instructionNo student will be exempted from the course of physical training except such students as may have been declared by the medical officer of the college to be unfit to undergo a course of physical training and approved by the university. However students who are in N. C. and N. S. will be exemptedIst year U. G and P. G students have to undergo medical inspection without fail. Students who fail to do so are not eligible to write the examinations.
