The college is with the money, and it provides the good faculty members.

Placements: I got placed in JSW steel LTD. Many more companies visited the campus like Ultratech, BORL, TCS. But in Ujjain, it's hard to get the industry exposure. The college infrastructure is not up to the mark, but the faculty members are good and helpful. The highest salary offered to our batch was 5.2 Lpa, and the lowest was 1.2 LPA.

The college really bad, if you are an ECE student.

Placements: For EC department, don't expect any companies other than TCS or Wipro. The maximum package you can expect is 3.5 lacs per annum. The training and placement cell tries to place each student. Hence, some startups and sales companies come with much lower packages in which you can easily get selected.

Very good faculty but bad infrastructure

Placements: The placement records are average. They are neither too good nor too bad. Companies coming for the campus drive are TCS, Wipro, Ultratech Cement and other start-ups. The percentage of students placed was 35-40%. The average salary offered to the students was 3.3 LPA.

It's a reputed government college with good studies and placements.

Placements: The placement scenario is good and you have very good chances of getting selected in companies like TCS and Wipro. Being one of the very few colleges in MP which have Chemical Engineering, this is a very beneficial option as you can get a chance to be selected in prestigious companies like JK. The average package that goes around is 3.5 LPA. Comparing it with other regional colleges, it's the best.

Satisfied by the faculty, good placements every year, poor infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are good, most of the students get placements in companies like JK Cement, TCS, etc. Students who are studying hard get qualified in the written exams and face interviews. Placements are nearly 80%. The highest salary package offered to students is near about 7 lakhs per annum and the lowest one is 3 lakhs per annum.

Brains go to some government colleges but don't get nourished as expected.

Placements: Placements were below average in our batch. Only 12% were placed. The highest salary offered was 3.6 LPA. Only TCS visited amongst the IT companies. Other companies were L&T, JK cement, etc. For our senior batch,2-3 companies came earlier but due to bad treatment and ignorance by our college management, they decided not to come again.

Good in Ujjain city compared to others.

Placements: Only TCS was the mass recruiter. Placements were good before as lots of companies used to come during senior times. Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Accenture, Amdocs but not during my batch. Only mechanical and CS branch was placed, that too 30-40%. The average salary offered was 3 lpa, not more.

Faculty is good but there are no placements.

Placements: Only 20% of students were placed in this course. The highest package was 7 LPA in HSBC and the minimum was 3.5 LPA in TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES). The roles offered were developer and tester.

Review of Ujjain engineering college.

Placements: Hardly 2-3 companies visited the campus for CS students. Hence it gets difficult for the students to get placed. All most everyone had to go for off-campus hiring, and many got good offers off-campus. Still, those companies were expected to have good relations with the college. The college should call good companies every year.

I am satisfied because of the average placements. The college has a good recognition.

Placements: An average number of students got placed from the computer science and engineering branch. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Almost 15% of students got internships in companies like TCS. Top role offered was of a software professional, developer and system engineer.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the placement cell.

Placements: No company visit our college for placement, all the students who are placed are from off campus and the salary is 3lpa. And our college does not provide any internship and training. The highest package is 3-4 and the lowest is 1-2 LPA. Only 50% students got placed that too from off campus as our college don't call companies.
