Really good facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: I do not belong to a course where placements are offered in the college but there are some friends of mine in professional courses and they told me that the placement record of the college is not very nice and the students are not placed from this college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is very nice and well designed. The building is very old fashioned so that makes it unique. The course is also excellent. Hostel is very good and the facilities are awesome. I love my hostel very much and it is just perfect.
Faculty: The teachers are very well educated and trained. They teach in a very interesting manner and we learn in a very good manner. The course curriculum is much relevant and it also makes the students industry ready. The exams are not so tough or not so easy.
Other: I chose this course because I was very interested in Physics.

Degree with reasonable fee.
Placements: There are no campus placements as such provided or organized by the college. It lacks a placement cell so after completion of the course, you are on your own. The only thing you get is the tag of Maharani college pass out. There is a placement fair organized by the University of Rajasthan in which students of colleges affiliated with it can take part. However, that too hasn't happened in about 4 years.
Infrastructure: I personally can't tell you about the hostel facilities but the college facilities are pretty good. The library is decent with a good number of books by recognised authors and there are multiple copies of them as well. Clean water facility is available around campus. There are a large number of computer labs, Science labs, sports equipment, playing grounds etc.
Faculty: The college has an annual exam scheme, which I did not like personally. Teachers are well qualified, however, except for a few of them teaching quality was not up to the mark. The curriculum does not make you industry ready and only gives theoretical knowledge to you.
Other: The thing needed to be improved is that they should also focus on our skill learning along with theory learning. There should be some outreach programs as well and a placement cell should be established.

NOTHING SO GLAMOROUS TO DIE FOR.
Placements: There is nothing like placement cell in UNI Maharani College. Neither the staff helps you in getting any out of campus opportunities nor do they give you enough knowledge to grab them yourself.Overall this is a pathetic scenario of placements and employability in general here. The student must work hard themselves to do any good to their career and at the same time grind hard to score in the exams which are nothing more than a test of how well you can cram and then throw up on the answersheet presented to you on the D-day. So if you want on campus placements or a degree that makes you eligible for a job please dont come to this institute as this is a sure shot way of ruining the golden period of your career.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pathetic here. The college building is crying for renovation as there has not been a single stroke of repair in the entire campus. The walls are old and faded some new construction has been done but there is no plaster on the walls made of bricks. An underground portion has been built with the name of NEW SCIENCE BLOCK which gives you anxiety attacks as there is no one in the classroom that too consists of 4 pairs of table and chairs.
Faculty: 1) Faculty here is divided into a ratio of 1:9 which basically means that 1 out of 10 teachers is actually willing to teach the students in a manner to add value in their lives. 2) The curriculum is a classic example of The Indian Education System's well planned strategy of forcing students into rote learning and making them unemployable in general. 3)The Exams here are a real charm, which means you dont need to have any kind of knowledge about the subject(not that the college in any way provides that) all you need is a bundle of previous year papers and a sharp and unquestioning memory to ace in the exams .
Other: I was mesmerised by the glam and beauty this college holds outside only to result into a major turnoff once i got inside it. I wish the curriculum was more flexible and the teachers here were more willing to teach Events here are close to none only the government politicians visit are a spectacle. The college administration is always crying about budget like they get pennies to run the biggest eye catcher women only college of the state. Campus crowd consists of people either so into study that they can always be found in the age old library or the thousands of students who dont want any kind of knowledge and just skip the route of misery be joining the state or national civil services,

Our college is good, and I recommend it to others also.
Placements: More than 50% of the students got placed from our college, which is good for us. The minimum salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Byju's, Jaro, Asian Paints, etc. Almost 50% of the students got an internship. Top roles offered to the students are assistant manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are very good at our college. There is a great library, good classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities and labs. Other facilities like hostels, good quality food, mess and canteen, medical facilities and sports and games are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good as per our course. Experience is needed in every area, but our college makes us knowledgeable and skilled for future jobs and placements.
Other: It is one of the best colleges in India by which we can improve ourselves for future goals. There are many improvements needed, like events, fests, crowd connectivity, etc.

Q:   How successful is the placement cell in securing jobs for BBA students at Maharani College?

A:
{Source: BBA students & alumni}

Success Rate of Placement Cell

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, the success rate of the placement cell at Maharani College is moderate. Here's what they had to say:

* Around 10% of the students got placed, with salaries ranging from INR20,000 to INR40,000 per month.
* Some students reported that the placement cell is "very efficient" and helps secure jobs for students.
* However, others felt that the placement opportunities are limited, and top recruiting companies do not visit the campus.
* One student noted that the college does not provide direct internships, but some organizations come for campus recruitment.
* Another student mentioned that around 150 students got placed in their course, indicating that the placement cell is somewhat effective.

Overall, while the placement cell appears to be making efforts to secure jobs for students, the success rate could be improved. It seems that students need to rely on other means, such as seeking out job openings independently, to find employment after graduating.

Q:   What is the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. programs at Maharani College?

A:
{Source: B.A. students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.A. Programs at Maharani College

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. programs at Maharani College is:

* Limited: Most students agree that there is no dedicated placement cell specifically for B.A. students. The college does not provide on-campus placements, and students need to find internships and job opportunities on their own.
* Average: While the college does organize internships and provides career counseling, these efforts are not exclusive to B.A. students, and the outcome varies from student to student.
* No special treatment: According to some reviewers, there is no special treatment for B.A. students when it comes to placements. Students need to compete for opportunities along with students from other streams (BBA and BSc).

Here are some quotes from students and alumni that summarize their experience:

"The placement chances for our course are really less in any college. I don't know whether there is even a placement cell for arts students." - Student
"Our college does not provide placements for B.A students. Almost 70% of students get placed in our college, but it's only for BBA and BSc students." - Alumni
"I don't know whether there is even a placement cell for arts students in our college. We have to arrange internships and placements ourselves." - Student

Overall, while the college does provide some assistance with internships and career counseling, the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. programs at Maharani College is limited, and students need to take initiative to secure job opportunities themselves.
