Not satisfied with faculty, infrastructure but good placements you never find in Bangalore.

Placements: Placements are quite good with nearly 70%of them placed. The highest package would be 10to15 Lacs with a low of 2 Lacs approximately. Many of companies like Wipro Infotech, Infosys, BHEL, Accenture, CTS, UNYSIS, etc. Students roles were like self motivating. When it comes to internship maybe 10%of them would be doing. With a maximum of 15thousand per month and a low of 5 with an average of 10 per month. There is a placement office with a super useful and nice efficient.

Apart from infrastructure, everything is good, and placements are best. I am proud to be UVCEian.

Placements: There are good placements compared to other colleges. Top companies come to our campus like BEL, Wipro, Bosch, ABB, etc. You have to maintain above 70% aggregate to be eligible for core companies. If you are interested in IT field, then UVCE will be the best choice. 80% placements are provided to EEE branch.

College is 100th year college, so infrastructure is not so good. Placements are best.

Placements: Best college for placements. 2-3 mass companies are for sure every year which recruits min of 100 students. Core and best IT companies too come to hire students with best package of upto 12 lpa. Every companies that come are a good start for freshers. Minimum of 100 companies come every year. 70% of students will be placed. Many companies come to hire for internships also.

Satisfied with the placements on the campus.

Placements: The campus is a good placement oriented platform. People with a passion for IT-sector can fulfil their dreams to a maximum extent. Because of the availability of placement coordinator head at any time in the campus, it is easy to follow up your progress. As everything in the placements cell is controlled by students under the guidance of placement coordinator, and it is easy to know everything about the companies and their requirements.

It's a good college for poor people.

Placements: We have good placements in the college. There is a very supportive placement office. One best thing is we have placement co-coordinator from every branch. Around 130 companies come to our college. As compared to other colleges, we have good placements. Moreover, we have 90% placement in our college, I feel proud to say that I am a student of UVCE.

Totally bet and chief college in India to get engineering degree with lot of opportunities.

There is more percentage of hiring in camputer Science, information Science, electronic engineering as compared to the other branches. In our batch almost 70% if students had got offers from different companies like Toshiba, TCS, Accenture, cognizant, hilti, royal Enfield etc. Tge the highest salary is from Goldman Sachs which is 15lacs/annum.

Quality engineering life with blend of heritage and motivation.

Placements: Placements are the key importance in UVCE, with over 650 offers a year on an average for its 400 and odd students itself reflects an image of rally of companies with relatively less competition. CSE AND ISE tops the Placement charts with an average of 85% placed percentage, ECE, EEE and MECH stand at 50 to 70% on average. The lowest CTC stands at 2.5LPA, while 40LPA (ADOBE) stands up the ladder. Dell, hp, avaya, netcracker, commvault, microsoft, royal Enfield, BEL, BPCL, toyota, bosch, vedanta, ...

The infrastructure is not great, and it's not bad though. The placements are great.

Placements: The placements in the mechanical department are very good. The core companies and PSUs like BPCL, BEL come for placements. The average CTC for the mechanical branch is around 5 LPA, but there are exceptions like BPCL, BEL, etc., which offer 8 LPA to 10 LPA. Almost 70% of the students get placed in the mechanical department. The highest package offered so far was 17 LPA by BPCL, and the lowest was from VKC which offered 3.5 LPA.

Satisfied with the teaching and placements, but very bad infrastructures.

Placements: The placements are fairly good, and every year, it's definitely more than 85%. The number of companies visiting will be growing up in the years to come, and the internships are available, in case, the students are not placed during the placement drives with this conversion possibility is high.

The placements and the faculty of this college are good but infrastructure is bad.

Placements: I think it is one of the most amazing places to be studying if you are a placement oriented person, as the college is known for its good placements. The placement drive will be active throughout the year. More than 80% of the students get placed in a wide range of companies from startups to high-end and well-developed MNC's, anyone with IT skill set is bound to get an internship offer or placement by the end.

It's a very good institution which helps to stand on your feet and get placed in the good company.

Placements: The placements during our time were very good. A total of more than 115 companies visited our college. Since I belong to the electrical branch, a total of 64 students got placed among 82 students. 4-5 students had backlogs. The minimum package offered was 3.5 lacs per annum and it's pretty good.

The college has the good placements, and you get more freedom and can give your time to the studies.

Placements: UVCE is always good at the placements. Every year, about 150 companies are visiting this campus and offering the average package as 4 CTC per annum. Some companies under the dream categories offer above 8 CTC to 16 CTC per annum. CS, IS, EC, and EEE gets almost 90% of the placements, and the mechanical reaches 50-60%. The companies like BPCL, BEL, Royal Enfield, Hilti, Vedanta, Godrej and Boyce, Farmacia, and much more will visit the campus every year. The mass recruiters are Accenture, Infosys,...

Situated in the heart of the city, but needs a major overhaul.

Placements: The placements offered for the mechanical branch are not good. Half of the class got into the software or went jobless. You must be good at the technical things, and be around the top of your class to get into a good company with a decent profile. The package will always be less compared to CS.

Placements: The placements are good. Approximately 90% of the students were placed. Many companies visited our college including McKinsey, Ey, Nokia etc. More than 50% of the students got an offer of 5 LPA. Students control our placement office, and they did a great job with limited resources.

You tend to develop yourself as a person here. The college life is beautiful.

Placements: Placements are amazing in UVCE right now. I am still doing my 2nd year in this college, and at least two times a week there is a company coming in to recruit our final year students. Placements go on throughout the year. Companies with mass and few requirements come to our campus for recruitments. The student who is passionate about his subject should not worry because core companies come from all the branches (minimum of 1 ). Placements are the highlight of this college. Best place if your are not a spoon feed person.

Placements: They have very good placement record, and it is one of the best in Bangalore. We get around 10 to 15 core companies. Overall, we have around 70 percent of placement record. There are mass recruiting companies who hire around 350 people every year, and the average pay they offer is around 5 LPA.

Very good college for IS computer science and EC branches.

Placements: Compared to other colleges more core companies visit our college, but still, many students are being graduated without a job. Few students get placed in mass recruiting companies, and it depends on the current market status. The students of 2016 to 2017, were offered about 30 core jobs. But all are not related to the core branch, few jobs are related to management, sales and marketing.
