Aptitude Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for Online UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (ULSAT) conducted by the University. (Application for exam has been closed for the academic year 2017-18). Candidates securing minimum 85% marks in 10th and 12th (best of five subjects with English as one of the compulsory paper) or fulfilling the minimum cutoff for CLAT/ LSAT are exempted from ULSAT and can apply through non- examination pathway.

Shortlisted candidates are called for group discussion and personal interview based on the score obtained in Online ULSAT/ CLAT/ LSAT/ 10+2.
Final Selection
80% seats are filled through examination pathway based on the score obtained in online ULSAT and performance in group discussion and personal interview. Remaining 20% seats are filled through non-examination pathway based on score in CLAT/ LSAT/ 10+2 and performance in group discussion and personal interview
