I really had unforgettable friends in the college.
Placements: Normally, the college is good, but chemistry department is not much. Normally, after chemistry in B.Sc., the students do M.Sc. or go to higher studies for a better prospect. I also try to follow this because there is no good job in the industry during bachelor course.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The laboratory is full of disciplined. The annual sports occur. The canteen is available, but foods are not too good. There is no hostel facility. This is just a college with a big playground and many things. There is gym room in our college. There is a good seminar room. All the teachers are very good.
Faculty: The teacher of our college is good, but there are many problems in our department. Many departments are too good. Many teachers make the students towards an ideal future which helps to develop extracurricular activities.
Other: Every year, there occurs annual sports, fest, many events, and cultural programme. The college provides many concession, scholarship, many competition are held for the students. Our students even awarded national debate competition.

My college through my eyes.
Placements: Placements do not take place here. At least, I have not seen in the past four years, as I'm studying for these years, as I had to repeat Hons course. But I heard, many years ago, Dettol visited and carried out interview sessions. And I never heard or seen anyone getting placed directly from our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-maintained. The library is overflowing with books. I never faced any medical situation, so can't tell. The sports are regularly arranged, and we have an enormous ground. The labs are good and well maintained. The canteen is not much good, but not that bad too. I never heard of the hostel. I think my college don't have such things. I faced some problems like, there are projector and screens, which are entirely unused, and there is lack of CCTV cameras etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful sometimes. They are qualified. The teaching quality is not good at all, and they can't express what are they trying to say. They have problems between themselves regarding posts etc. You can call institutional politics, which they always bring in front of us and engages us into it, and then takes us to the principal as a witness. The student to teacher ratio is 10:1. There is no industry exposure provided. They never took us on tour or something like that. They never showed any production unit or company.
Other: Events are organised time to time. The fests happen. The campus life is not bad. The crowd is free to do what they want. People can communicate freely. There is Wi-Fi, provided by Jio. The scholarship is there, but as per my information, it is only for SC/ST/OBC and Muslims. The extracurricular activities take place, and college authority encourages such things willfully.

College review of Vivekananda Thakurpukur college.
Placements: Placements were good. Good renowned companies came to our campus for the placements. Campus interview was a great experience for novices like us to get placed in big renowned companies and it gave us a chance to know the industry in which we would work in future to make our living. Detailed pre-campus training was provided by our learned faculty members so that we do well in the campus interview. Placements were satisfactory.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was overall good. We had a large campus. Spacious classrooms, good laboratory, large library with good collection of books. Medical facility was provided. There was a good common room with indoor games. Large playground with sports facilities. Free Wi-Fi. The college canteen was good with healthy and tasty food facilities along with good faculty.
Faculty: We were blessed with good and helpful faculty. The faculty was expert and knowledgeable. The knowledge imparted to us by the faculty was good and the course curriculum was informative. Qualified and knowledgeable faculty members. Fine teaching methods were practised in the institution. Overall, superb experience.
