The beauty of college life in this campus.
Placements: Around 92% is the placement percentage, and in mechanical it's 80%. The top recruiting companies are Bluestar and Hyundai. The highest package received was 12 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top roles offered in my course are design manufacturing, manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The food is great, and the classrooms and labs are well maintained. All facilities are good; we have Wi-Fi on every floor of each block, and labs are AC maintained. The canteen food is so freshly made and good doctors are available in college hours.
Faculty: The teachers are greatly qualified and have around more than 20 years experience in their field. The curriculum makes students industry-ready, and even the assistant professors are cool and well experienced while each subject in the course is well explained.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in this field and everything in this college is top-notch. The fests are great, both technical and cultural and every week extracurriculars are conducted.

The facilities are good, the professors are the best, and the infrastructure is impressive.
Placements: As for campus placements, the mechanical engineering industry is set to boom in the upcoming years, leading to a tremendous increase in opportunities. Nearly 60% of our seniors were placed with decent packages, with the highest being 13 LPA and the lowest 6 LPA. Companies like Renault, ZF Group, and other top MNCs come to recruit. Since they were freshers with no prior experience, they were placed as junior engineers or assistant engineers in the fields of design and simulation.
Infrastructure: The laboratories are great, and our department even has an automation and robotics lab, one of only two in South India (the other being in IIT). The Wi-Fi has excellent connectivity across the whole campus with repeaters. The library is vast, and we also have a digital library. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, speakers, and screens, and there are no power cuts.
Faculty: The faculty are really encouraging; you just need to find the right professor to work with. They encourage us to be part of their research projects. For example, I worked with one of my faculty in the field of composites as part of a project assigned by DRDO. Experiences like these give students valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in the field.
Other: Without any hesitation, I can say that VNR VJIET offers the best mechanical engineering program in Telangana. The labs are equipped with many 3D printers and a large number of CAD licenses. There are three main events conducted here: a technical fest called CONVERGENCE, a cultural fest named Sintillashunz, and a sports fest.

I'm not dissatisfied; it's a good college.
Placements: In our course, there are many people getting placements, approximately 60% of students get placements. The highest package was 96 LPA, and the lower was 2 LPA. Companies like Bosch, Tata, Mahindra, and many other big companies visit for placements. I haven't completed the course yet. Everyone will get an internship.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities available in our course. We have separate workshops and labs for practical knowledge. The hostel is good but not up to the mark. The canteen is excellent. Sports activities also happen once a semester. There are many facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library, all kinds of facilities are available.
Faculty: In B.Tech, we don't have to depend on teachers. It's up to us. Whether you study or not is your choice, but teachers will help accordingly. They support new ideas and innovation. They recommend students to companies. It's a good environment, and the college definitely prepares students for the industry. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: There are many fests and events in college, and technical fests happen every year. We had a lot of fun and gained knowledge.

What actually is VNR VJIET!
Placements: In my branch (Mechanical) out of 122 eligible students for placements around 10 students got placed in IT companies like Deloitte, Accenture and TCS and 40-45 stydents got placed in core mechanical companies like Tata consulting Engineers, Voltas, Bluestar, Hyundai, Godrej etc. Around 5 students got internship in Hexagon and TCE. Many students got placed in the role of Gratuate Engineering Trainee (GET).
Infrastructure: VNR VJIET is well known for our Infrastructure and facilities. Our classrooms have projectors and good lighting. We have CCTV cameras in our corridors. We have separate washrooms for faculty and students in each floor. We have a sports block with all the indoor sports like badminton, snooker, carrom, chess, table tennis, Yoga etc. We also have outdoor sports like Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball etc. We have free Wi-Fi all around our campus in every block. We have well-equipped labs with good technician. Oyr library is also very spacious and has all the required books. We also have a digital library.
Faculty: All the faculty are very helpful. Even you are doing any cross disciplinary projects or need help of faculty from other departments the faculty are very helpful, we can directly approach them for help. The curriculum is planned very well in flavour of all the students. If the students pay enough attention in class they can clear all the subjects and can also score good. But I feel the curriculum is not updated to today industry standards. The syllabus needs to be changed following today techniques and technologies. If the students want to learn anything new, they should learn out of their own, but the faculty is helpful in answering any questions. The exams are not that hard. If tge students pay attention in classes they can score good. The pass percentage is around 70%-75%. .
Other: I am from Mechanical Engineering 2024 batch. I joined this course because of my passion in automobile. But after joining here I got to know that mechanical engineering is not just about automobile but is far more beyond than just automobile. Here I got to know about actual mechanical sector. I learnt about Additive Manufacturing, Design, Production and a lot more. If I were given a chance to improve the course. I will add the new technologies and techniques that are used in aerospace and robotics. The students join mechanical engineering expecting to learn about robotics and aerospace. Our campus has three fests. Sintillashunz our annual cultural fest. Ecficio & Convergence our annual teach fest and sports fest. We have a lot of clubs in our college. We can join in any clubs through club induction programmes. Joining in clubs makes us more friends and helps in networking. Our campus is located in pragathi Nagar, when comoared to other colleges our colleges is nearer to the city center. All the malls, Movie theatre etc. For our entertainment are located 8-10 kms away.

Good placements and culture, but IT students are most benefited.
Placements: Around 70% of students are placed in different companies. Comparatively, IT placements are more than those of core branches. Coffee branch students with programming skills also get IT placements, but getting into code companies is always challenging as there are fewer core companies and fewer selections from core branches.
Infrastructure: Good atmosphere and no disturbance, well-furnished and organized rooms, availability of Wi-Fi labs, and virtual and practical learning techniques. Food provided in the hostel is of good quality, and students enjoy having that food. There is an availability of a sports complex, canteen, and medical facilities which can be helpful for treating students in emergency situations.
Faculty: Teachers make students understand topics very easily and help them to gain good knowledge about the subject. They prepare students for industrial tests. Semester exams are rightly made to evaluate the students' learning abilities. The teachers here are well-qualified and highly knowledgeable.
Other: I have chosen the course due to the fame of the organization. Encouragement of students towards sports needs to be improved a bit, but sports, technical, and cultural fests are organized well for engaging students.
