Placements: The placement process starts from the 5th term, which is from the 2nd year onwards. Companies like Tata Capital, Ujjivan, UPL, Sarda Groups, Mahindra Finance, RBL, Axis, Rise African, etc., visited the campus. The highest package was offered by Rise African. Profiles offered include Development, Agri, Finance, Marketing, etc. 100% placement was offered.

Placements: At XIMB, 100% of students were placed. The highest package was 71.51 LPA from Microsoft, with an average of 20.04 LPA. Top recruiters included BCG, ICICI, Microsoft, and Goldman Sachs. Placements: 100% SIP placement with the highest stipend of 2 LPA and the lowest around 20k. Coca-Cola being the top recruiter. In 2021, for final year students, the highest number of placements were offered in the consulting sector (which is 31% of students), followed by systems (which is 21% of students), marketing (which is 20% of students), BFSI (which is 17% of students) and other sectors.
