A good university with good placement.

Placements: Our XIMB batch of 360 students is trained in marketing, finance, strategy, IT, and operations. XIMB guarantees 100% placement yearly with top companies like BCN, ICICI, Deloitte, PwC, Coca-Cola, CRISIL, L'Real, Well Fargo, and DE Shaw. In 2023, the highest package was 72 LPA, averaging 19 LPA. Roles include financial analyst, sales, marketing, product manager, and consultant. Check XIMB's website or social media for reports. I've been placed at Amrit Dhara NutriFoods.

Average campus life and good faculty.

Placements: Students are placed via the placement cell present on campus, which is mostly run by students. Case competitions also provide placement opportunities. Top recruiters are Tata steel, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, etc. Internships and live projects are offered too.

College provides good placements and good infrastructure .

Placements: 100% SIP placement with the highest stipend of 2 LPA and the lowest around 20k. Coca-Cola being the top recruiter. It was a little lower this year due to the market condition, which when good can be finished around 90% in December and the rest by January. Great case competition opportunities.

Review of XIMB Bhubaneswar - Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier University.

Placements: XIMB achieved 100% placements in the year 2019, and we are hoping that it will continue this year despite having a little blip in the economy. We are confident about our reputation in the industry. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA and average salary package offered is 14.8 LPA. Top roles offered to the students were a strategy, consulting and sales and marketing. XIMB achieves 100 % internship recorded every year. Companies that visit our ...

Review about Xavier Institute of Management.

Placements: The college has decent placements, but there is immense competition between students to get placed. The companies offered roles to students in consulting, marketing and finance. Internship stipend offered to students by companies varies from Rs. 10,000-1,50,000 per month. The package offered in placements varies from 6-20 LPA.

One of the finest schools in India.

Placements: The average package for 2017 batch was 13 LPA. During the placements the focus was on consulting firms. Big 4 consulting firms recruit from XIMB for a wide array of roles. Some core finance profiles by CRISIL and ICRA. All major banks like HSBC, Axis, ICICI come for finance and retail/commercial sales roles. Lo'real, Godrej, UHG are the top companies for marketing.

Xavier Institute of Management experience.

Placements: Placement was good. 100% placed. Average Salary is 13-15 LPA. You can find the details in the XIMB brochure. Mostly sales, marketing and tech consultants. All students are required to undergo internship, so everyone has got an internship. The stipend is from unpaid to 1.2 lakh. It depends on the preference of the students.

A good college with a lot of opportunities for extracurricular and a great culture.

Placements: 100% placement. Highest package offered was 23 LPA and the lowest was 8 LPA. Most roles were of consultant and marketing sales. Around 30% was systems and 30% marketing with majority sales profiles. It lacks in opportunities of financial roles and the number of operation companies is fewer. If you want to pursue role as a consultant in the big 4 consultancy roles or technology consulting in IT firms or marketing jobs then it is suited for you.

Satisfied because of the faculty but absolutely dissatisfied because of the administration motto.

Placements: The placements for our batch was good as compared to the last year. 95% students are placed. The highest package was 23 LPA whereas the lowest was close to 5 LPA. Most of the placements were in the marketing domain but this year there is an increase in placement in finance companies.
