Other: Mine was the most inferior department of the college. The facilities provided are average. Teachers are good but not all of them. The fee structure is among the lowest in the country. University is excellent and campus is amazing. Life is a little slow, the college being far away from any big city.

Other: The department is a part of a marvelous university. The campus life is amazing. A very strong alumni network makes the place well connected to the world. The teachers of the departments are highly educated and knowledgeable. The placement of this department in core industries is poor. All sorts of facilities are provided to nurture the students.

I'm satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure of the college. I am happy due to good placements.
Placements: Training and placement office arranges the campus interviews by inviting almost all branches related companies at ZHCET, AMU. I got placed at Tata Consultancy Services by my 7th semester, and there are a few campus placements. Almost 10-20% of the students got placed through campus placements. Salary package offered varies from 3.5 to 6 LPA, and TCS and many few companies visit here for placements. Roles like GETs were offered to selected students, and internships were not offered during my tenure. However, good workshop training was organised to make the students get good internships. There was a placement cell on the campus, and it was very much useful to us in terms of searching for jobs after course completion.
Infrastructure: Our college has good facilities like hostels, a horse riding club, swimming pools, Robo club, library, and playgrounds. The Wi-Fi facility was not available during my tenure, but labs and classrooms were neat and clean enough. The infrastructure of classrooms is quite good, and the facilities and advanced technology equipment available in the labs are better than any college during my tenure. The food was good in terms of regional food and cost is reasonable, i.e., available at Rs.1,000 per month. Hostel rooms were cleaned daily, and the corridors were tidy enough. The greenery and pleasant surroundings make to feel better in the hostels. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were well qualified and were more friendly to the students on the campus. Their way of teaching was polite and friendly, and they provide excellent motivation, which made us qualify GATE exam easily. Moreover, projector-based teaching was also used, along with many practical examples and projects. Involving in the projects helped us to understand the topics more easily. In our petrochemical engineering branch, the student to faculty ratio was 30:1, which was quite less. Our college didn't provide industry exposure. The course curriculum was helpful for us to complete the subject in the specified time. But some short curriculum made the topic not in-depth.
Other: The annual college festival of our college named Zarf was the main attraction throughout the year. Many spots events were conducted throughout the year. The tech fest is also a great delight to the students.

Hey there, No, you cannot get admission in AMU until you give the test conducted by AMU Administration. In this case, you are required to give the paper of AMUEEE then apply for admission.
