IIT Bombay will conduct the CEED 2025 exam on January 19, 2025. The exam will be administered in a center-based mode and have TWO parts - the computer-based Part A, and the offline-based Part B. It is mandatory to qualify Part A, or else Part B answer booklet will not be evaluated. Here we bring you CEED Part A sample questions to crack the exam.

CEED Part A Mock Test/Sample Questions with answers
IIT Bombay will conduct the CEED 2025 exam on January 19, 2025.  Scores of CEED 2025 will be considered for admission to the M.Des and Ph.D courses offered at the participating colleges. Note that the CEED exam has two mandatory parts - 1) Computer-based Part A, and 2) Offline-based Part B. When preparing the CEED 2025 merit list, 25% weightage will be given to Part A and 75% weightage to Part B. Note that CEED is among the toughest exams around, so you need to be fully prepared for the exam. One way to prepare for the exam is by solving CEED sample papers. Here we bring you some useful sample papers and questions you must solve to learn the various concepts, build problem-solving skills, and gain confidence. So, read on!
 

Why solve CEED Sample Papers?

The candidate can benefit immensely by solving CEED 2025 sample papers and questions:

  1. By solving the sample papers, the candidate can solve questions similar to the ones asked in the exam.

CEED Sample Papers

Now that you have a basic idea of the CEED question papers, lets dive into the sample papers and questions of CEED. 

Q:   Will IIT Bombay conduct mock tests for CEED 2025?

A:

IIT Bombay may conduct mock tests for the CEED 2025 exam a few weeks before the exam. The mock tests will help the candidate get familiar with the question paper structure and learn how to attempt the paper.

The mock tests dates, if any, will be announced on the CEED 2025 admission portal - ceed.iitb.ac.in.

To take the mock test, the candidate will have to log in to the portal using their log-in credentials. Note that the mock tests may have fewer questions that those asked in the actual exam. 

Q:   Where can I take CEED 2025 mock tests?

A:

The official mock tests for CEED 2025 will be hosted online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. But note that IIT Bombay hasn’t noticed yet whether it will conduct any mock tests or not.

If the mock tests are indeed conducted, they will be held a few days before the actual exam.

To take the mock tests, the candidate will have to go to the official portal and log in. Upon logging in, the mock tests will be displayed on the screen.

Q:   Will CEED 2025 mock tests have the same types of questions as those asked in the exam?

A:

The mock tests will have similar types of questions to those asked in the actual exam. However, the mocks can contain fewer questions.

Note that the propose of the mock tests is to help the candidate get an insights into the question paper structure and learn the navigation and answering process.

The candidate can take the mock tests closer to the exam and give finishing touches to their preparation. Additionally, mocks will help the candidate identify areas that need improvement and work on them.

Q:   Do I need to take CEED 2025 mock tests conducted by unofficial sources?

A:

The candidate can take mock tests conducted by unofficial sources like coaching institutes, etc. However, note that for taking these mock tests, you may be asked to pay a certain fee.

Once you pay the fee, you can start taking the mock tests.

Further, the candidate may also take mock tests conduted by other entrance exams. Sample papers are another useful tools to prepared for CEED 2025 exam.
