UI/UX Design Course Syllabus for Beginners
Beginner level UI/UX courses have several topic categories, where the syllabus differ for each. Some beginner level courses will still require knowledge of UI/UX in general.
For example, if you are planning to learn Figma tool, you may want to focus just on this. Still, you will need to have a familiarity to what constitutes prototyping.
More so, the curriculum for a Figma certification course will not be as beginner-friendly as a course on introduction to UI/UX design. This is because, in the latter, you will have to learn what design principles are, how they correlate with product development, and so on. In the former, you will learn to use the tool based on the principles that constitute UI/UX design - and the instructor will already assume you have a grasp on the topics.
Core Topics in UI/UX Courses for Beginners
Here is a collated version of the syllabus of the bestselling beginner-friendly courses on UI/UX offered by Coursera, Udemy, and more.

The courses online for beginners in UI/UX are self-paced, but, overall the duration is between five hours to two months.
UI/UX Design Course Syllabus for Intermediates and Advanced

These type of courses are also in-depth and more interdisciplinary, bringing in project management practices such as Agile to align with customer-focused design and business processes. Psychology, a little bit of programming, and statistics are also part of them.
