The Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC) is an exclusive creation of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It works under the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India. Accreditation has been granted to various computer training institutes/organisations in the non-formal sector for conducting specified levels of courses, subject to adherence to well-defined norms and criteria.
DOEACC offers C Level certification program in Computer Applications. Recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, DOEACC B level certification is professionally equivalent to MCA degree program. Students and working professionals willing to pursue the certification program will have to undergo the course program and pass the relevant examination conducted by the DOEACC society.
The objective of ‘C’ Level is to develop Project Managers/Consultants/System Specialists/R&D Scientists/Faculty who will be equipped with the knowledge and skills desired to perform the duties of the positions referred to above. In order to develop the capabilities, the ’C’ Level course has been designed to give the students a sound background in the latest Technologies, Tools and Techniques in Computer Science and Engineering.

Required Skillset for DOEACC C Level
Candidates willing to pursue DOEACC 'C' level certification program need to possess the below-enlisted skills:
Strong proficiency in advanced programming languages like C, C++, Java, and SQL |
Understanding of relational database concepts and tools like Oracle or MySQL |
In-depth knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, including administration and troubleshooting |
Web development technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and server-side scripting such as PHP and Python |
Familiarity with network concepts, protocols, and configuration techniques. |
Excellent oral and written communication skills |
Working knowledge of source code control systems (Git), IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA), and build tools (Maven). |
Planning and negotiation skills |
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies. |
Basic awareness of cybersecurity threats and best practices. |
Business awareness |
Knowledge of organisational processes |

DOEACC C Level Eligibility
Candidates must have completed any of the following qualifications:
- DOEACC 'B' Level certification
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Business Administration (MBA) with Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics or Statistics
- Candidates who have passed GATE (Computer Science) examination are also eligible.
Experience Required:
- Additionally, candidates must have one and a half years of relevant experience in the IT field after completing the qualifying education.

- Employment in IT-related roles
- Freelance work
- Self-employed projects
- Full-time internship or project work
