AEEE 2025 Application Form: Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham is accepting the AEEE phase 1 application form 2025. The last to fill and submit the AEEE 2025 phase 1 application form is January 25. The AEEE 2025 registrations can be done online only on the official website of AEEE, aeee.amrita.edu. To fill out the AEEE application form candidates have to complete personal and academic profiles, fill in application details, pay the applicable fee and upload scanned documents. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2025.

Q: What is the last date to apply for AEEE 2025 phase 2 exam?
The last date to apply for AEEE phase 2 exam is will be announced by Amrita University. The phase 2 application process will start with the phase 1 application process, however, the last date to apply will be in April 2025.

The last date to apply for AEEE 2025 phase 1 exam has been extended to January 25, 2025.
Q: When will the AEEE application form release?
AEEE 2025 phase 1 application form has been released on October 22. The phase 2 application form release date is yet to be announced.
Candidates are allowed to submit only one application form and more than one application i.e. multiple applications from a candidate may get rejected. Candidates' names and their parents' names in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in Class 12th/ equivalent qualifying Examination. Prefix/title such as Mr/Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs/Smt/Col etc. should not be used. The candidates are advised not to send the hard copy of the online application to the university. However, the candidates are advised to retain a hard copy of the application i.e. acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence.
Q: My 10+2 result is awaited, can I apply for AEEE?
Yes, the candidate who will be appearing for 10+2 exam in 2025 can apply for AEEE 2025. The candidates must ensure that they have their 10+2 marks with them by the counselling process. Also, candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and not less than 55% in each of these three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Q: What are the eligibility criteria for the AEEE exam?
Candidates must be a pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination from a recognised board. Thy must have scored minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Also, their score in 10+2 must not be less than 55% in each of these three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Q: How can I take admission in Amrita other than through AEEE?
Admission to BTech Programmes offered at Amrita School of Engineering is through and based on the rank scored in JEE Main and AEEE. 70% of the seats are allotted via AEEE scores and the rest of the 30% of seats are filled based on JEE Main ranks. A candidate can choose to apply either through AEEE or JEE Mains individually or even select both.

Yes, there is. Candidates, whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July, 2004 can apply for AEEE 2025.
Q: If I appear for AEEE phase 1 exam can I also apply for the AEEE phase 2 exams?
Yes, definitely. Candidates who have appeared in Phase I of the AEEE 2025 examination can also appear for Phase II examination by paying an additional fee of INR 600. This is an opportunity given to the candidates for improving their scores. The best score from both Phase I and Phase II of AEEE 2025 will be taken for AEEE 2025 ranking and seat allotment.

Q: I am applying for Amrita BTech admissions via JEE Main, but I don't have JEE Main scores now. What to do?
If at the time of filling AEEE form, candidates do not have JEE Main scores, they do not have to worry. Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling out the application.
Q: Can I upload black and white photo in AEEE application form?
No. In the AEEE application form, the photo should not be black and white. All applications will be rejected if the photo is black and white, not clear or blurred. However, black and white scanned signature image will be accepted. Aspirants should ensure that they have a clean, black and white picture of the signature required to be uploaded. Upload the photo and signature as per the specifications only.
Q: I am not able to upload the photo and signature in AEEE application form. What should I do?
There can be sevarla reasons why you are not able to upload the images in the application form. Please check the following issues:
- Ensure that the specifications of the images are correct and as per the guidelines.
- Ensure that the internet connectiveity is stable and secure.
- Check the size and dpi of the scanned images.
- Check the imahe format. Only JPG/JPEG formats are acceptable.
Q: Can I attend AEEE phase 2 without attending phase 1 though I've applied for it?
Yes. Candidates who are unable to attend Phase I of the AEEE 2025 will have the provision to attend Phase II. You will hve to apply for Phase 2 exams again by paying an additional fee of INR 600.

Q: How can I select the AEEE exam centre?
A candidate appearing for AEEE 2025 can submit three preferences of exam cities from the availale list of cities. AEEE 2025 will be conducted in a centre in the cities given on the list, provided there are enough candidates. The preferences submitted by the candidate are only indicative and a guide to the University for deciding the number of centres in each city. A candidate will be allotted one out of the three preferred cities, preferably the first preferred city. If exam cannot be conducted at the first preferred city of a candidate, for any reason whatsoever, they will be allotted to second / third preference as applicable.
University will put all efforts to conduct AEEE 2025 at all the cities listed in the appendix. If any city in the list is cancelled due to very less registrations or for any other reason, the candidates who have opted for that city will be allotted to another city the nearest to their preference and the same will be informed to the candidates by the registered email address.

Q: I don't have my JEE Main scorecard yet, how can I apply for AEEE with JEE Main percentile?
Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains 2025 Score Card (with percentile) may be entered in the AEEE 2025 application fom after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling the AEEE 2025 application.
Q: Do I need to send the hardcopy of the filled AEEE application form to the University?
No. The candidates are advised not to send hard copy of the online AEEE application form to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence, if any. The AEEE 2025 application form will be considered as complete only after the requisite application cost is made by the means specified.
How to Fill AEEE 2025 Application Form
Candidates can check the steps to fill out the application form for AEEE 2025 given below.
Step 1: Sign Up / Sign In
- Aspirants are required to register by entering their email ID or phone number.
- Once they enter a valid email ID/phone number, they will receive an OTP.
- Enter the OTP and complete the registration process.
Step 2: Enter Personal Information
In this step, candidates have to enter the below given details:
- Full Name (As in 10th class certificate)

Step 5: Register for AEEE
Now, candidates have to register for AEEE. In this step, candidates have to select the following details:
- Choose three cities where you wish to attend the AEEE 2025 in CBT mode
- Do you want to consider based on the JEE CRL Rank?
Step 6: Preview of the AEEE 2025 application form
After submitting all the details, candidates can check the filled-in application form by using the preview option. In case candidates have made any mistakes in the application form, they can get them corrected or edit the data and save them. After checking all the details, candidates can move to the payment page.
Step 7: Payment of application fees
The last step is to pay the application fees. Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
Q: Can I apply for AEEE in offline mode?
No. AEEE 2025 registration is fully online via the portal - aeee.amrita.edu The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile number. The candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email-id they have submitted in the registration form till all the admission procedures are completed as all important updates will be informed to the candidates through SMS / e-mail or both to the registered mobile No. /e-mail ID.
Q: I have attended AEEE phase 1 exams and also want to apply for phase 2. Do I have to re-register?
Candidates do not have to re-register from the start. However, they have to fill certain details in the form again like the exam centre, exam pereference, etc. Also, such candidates have to pay INR 600 to apply for the AEEE phase 2 exam.
Q: If I do not appear for AEEE, will my application fee be refunded?
No. AEEE application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
Q: Is there any provision for AEEE application form correction after submission of the form?
No. However, candidates can intimate the Directorate of Admission for any necessary corrections / modifications of particular (s) of the AEEE application data, if any, prior to the Entrance Examination. Request for change will not be accepted after the Entrance Examination.
Also, note that multiple application forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted and will lead to the cancellation of their AEEE results.
AEEE 2025 Application Form Correction
Candidates must note that no separate form correction window opens for AEEE. Therefore candidates must make any changes to the form before the final submission. However, candidates may correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application data, before the commencement of Seat Allotment. The name of the candidate and their parent’s name in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in the Class 10th Certificate. Prefix/titles such as Mr./Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs./Smt./Col etc., must not be used.
Also keep in mind that, requests for change in date in the form are not accepted through phone/fax/e-mail etc. The candidates are advised not to send hard copies of the online application to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., the acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence, if any. Additionally, candidates may check the status of their application online on the official website inside their respective logins.
Q: What do I do if my email in AEEE application is invalid?
Candidates have to contact the authorities of Amrita University in case they enter invalid email id in their AEEE application form. The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile number. Candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email-id they have submitted in the application form till all the admission procedures are completed as all important updates will be informed to the candidates through SMS/e-mail or both. Q: I have submitted the AEEE application form, but I want to change my preferred exam city. Is it possible?
No. The requests for change of AEEE exam cities will not be entertained after the AEEE application submission. The decision of the AEEE Admission Committee will be final in case of any such requests raised in this regard.
Q: Can I select my preferred Amrita campus for admission while filling the AEEE form?
No, you cannot. A candidate is allotted the Amrita campus and course based dueing the AEEE counselling process based on their AEEE ranks. One cannot select their campus while applying for AEEE exam.
Q: What is AOAP in AEEE?
The Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) is designed for candidates applying for BTech courses at Amrita University via AEEE. This centralised portal handles all aspects of the admission process, including AEEE registration, fee payment, slot booking, admit card download, result announcements, and counselling. Upon successful AEEE registration, candidates will receive login details, which they can use to access the AOAP for any of the activities listed above.

Amrita University launches the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP). This portal is dedicated to candidates applying for admission to BTech courses. This is a common portal for AEEE registration, fee payment, slot booking, admit card download, result announcement and also counselling. Candidates can login to the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) using their registered Mobile Number / Email Id and will be logged in only after OTP verification. The OTP will be sent to the candidates registered email id/phone number.
Q: When will the AEEE slot booking process start?
AEEE 2025 slot booking process has been started on the official website of Amrita University. The slot booking process is open for a limited period of time and the candidates must book the slots as soon as possible as the slots are made available in the first come first serve basis. All applicants will receive intimation through SMS / Email to their registered mobile number/email id for the AEEE slot booking. After candidates have reserved their test date and time, the AEEE admit card with detailed instructions will be made available for download.
Q: I already applied and paid fee for AEEE, but during the slot booking process there was no slot available. What do I do?
Since the slots are not available, this means all slots have been booked. In this case, the next best option is to apply for next phase of AEEE exam, if available. AEEE slot booking is done in first come first serve basis. Therefore you must book the slots as soon as the slot booking window opens. Since other candidates are also simultaneously using the same slot booking portal, sometimes the status presented may change by the time the candidate finishes making his or her selection, and the slot chosen by the candidate may not be available. In such cases, the candidate will be prompted to choose another date and slot. Hence, if your slot is not available, you will have to simply select another one, or you might get allocated a different one.
Q: What are the Admission process for the AEEE exam?
AEEE Admission Process is as follows:
1- Register for Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam : To begin with, aspirants need to register for Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam offline and online. The application fee of Rs. 1200 can be paid via net banking, debit card or credit card.
2- Slot booking: Candidates have to make the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam slot booking to appear in the entrance exam. AEEE Admit cards can be downloaded after booking the slot.
3- Download Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam, Admit Card: Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. To download the same, candidates will need their AEEE application number and date of birth.
4- Appear for the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam : Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted online mode. Candidates are advised to reach the AEEE exam center at least an hour before the commencement of the AEEE exam.
5- Check Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam result: Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam result will be declared on the official website on a new date. The AEEE result will have a student's merit position, score card with total marks, and marks obtained in each subject.
