Check the step-by-step process involved in AP EAMCET 1st round seat allotment 2021 below:

Step 1: First candidates have to pay the seat allotment fees. Candidates have to pay an admission fee. Candidates will have to pay the fee through the challan. In order to pay the fee candidates will have to download challan and pay the tuition fees at any Andhra Bank or Indian Bank. In case candidates are not allotted seats in the first round, they will have to participate in next round for seat allotment along with freshly registered applicants.

Step 2: After the payment of fee is done, candidates will be required to download their AP EAMCET seat allotment letter and report to the allotted institute with the fee receipt in order to confirm admission. 

Q:   What is the examination mode of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2025 and timings?

A:

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam 2025 will be conducted in online mode as a Computer Based Test. The forenoon session will be held from 9 am to 12 noon while the afternoon session will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm. The candidates should reach the exam centres an hour before the exam to avoid any last-minute confusion. The candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after the commencement of the exam.

Q:   Where can candidates find the seating details of Andhra Pradesh EAPCET?

A:
Candidate can know the seating details post Bar Code scanning and date verification in Hall Ticket at the exam centre. The support staff will also be available to guide students to their respective computer labs/exam halls. The candidates are advised to reach the exam centre an hour before the exam to avoid last minute confusion.

Q:   When will the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2025 exam be held?

A:

The exam will be conducted in May for MPC (Mathematics, Physics Chemistry) stream and BiPC (Biology Physics Chemistry) stream. The Andhra Pradesh EAPCET 2024 registration will begin in March 2024, tentatively. The last date to register for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2025 without a late fee will be in April 2025, tentatively. 

Step 3: After candidates have downloaded their seat allotment letter, they are required to confirm their admission by reporting to the allotted institutes. This process will include admission formalities and payment of balance tuition fees for admission.

AP EAMCET 2021 Seat Allotment Letter: Download Process

All the candidates successfully allotted seats must download the seat allotment letter from the official portal following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the candidate login page

Step 2: On the login page, enter login ID, AP EAMCET hall ticket and date of birth. AP EAMCET seat allotment letter will be displayed on the screen

Q:   What are the subjects for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Engineering paper?

A:

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET engineering paper will contain three subjects Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Through the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET syllabus, candidates will be able to know the subject-wise topics and chapters that are important from the examination. 

Q:   When will the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2024 notification be released?

A:

The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET official notification was released on March 2024.  It includes details pertaining to important dates, eligibility criteria, application process, admit card, exam pattern, syllabus, answer key, result declaration and counselling. The exam will be conducted from 18 May '24 to  22 May '24, for MPC (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) stream. Th BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) stream exam will also be conducted from 16 May '24 to 17 May '24.

Q:   During the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET examination, can a candidate switch to another subject or question?

A:
Yes, a candidate can switch to another subject or question at any time during the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam duration. To switch to another subject or section, the candidate can click on the respective subject name displayed on the screen. Similarly, to switch to another question within the same subject, the candidate can click on the desired question number displayed in the Question Palette located on the right-hand side of the screen.

Q:   What items are prohibited inside the exam hall while giving AP EAMCET?

A:
Items such as electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops, and calculators that haven't been approved by the exam board or institution. Additionally, study materials such as books and notes, as well as food and drinks (apart from water in a clear bottle) are generally not allowed. Bags, backpacks, and purses are also often prohibited. Similarly, writing implements like pens and pencils need to be in approved packaging.

AP EAMCET 2021 Seat Allotment: Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following original certificates along with two sets of xerox copies:

  1. AP EAMCET Rank Card 2021
  2. Aadhaar Card
  3. Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
  4. Class 12 or Intermediate memo of marks-cum-pass certificate
  5. Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
  6. Transfer certificate
  7. EWS certificate valid for the year 2021-22 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category
  8. AP EAMCET admit card 2021
  9. Income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2017, or white ration card issued by the competent authority of Andhra Pradesh for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
  10. Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination (Inter or its equivalent examination) in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
  11. Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June2021shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
  12. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.

AP EAMCET Seat Allotment 2021: FAQs

Q. What is the management quota and its admission process?

A. Out of the total seats through AP EAMCET, 30% seats of the total seats in a participating college with being filled through management seats. Also, candidates who do not qualify in AP EAMCET are also eligible unless the candidate has secured 45% in their class 12 examination (40% for reserved categories). Qualified candidates are also eligible to register for management quotas.

Q. When should I pay the fee after AP EAMCET seat allotment?

A. Once the seat has been allotted, the candidate has to carry a copy of his allotment order and challan form downloaded from the website to a nearby bank and pay the fee. The payment receipt has to be submitted to the college before the due date or else his/her seat shall be cancelled.

Q. Should I pay the fee if I am eligible for fee reimbursement?

A. All the candidates who are eligible for fee reimbursement need not pay the fee. Candidates eligible for fee reimbursement need not pay the fee. The same will be mentioned against seat allotment in the allotment order.

Q. What are the certificates that I need to submit for fee reimbursement?

A. Candidates have to submit the following certificates: Income certificate, Reservation certificate and Salary certificates.

Q. Should I attend online counselling of AP EAMCET 2021 in my home district only?

A. Candidates can attend the web counselling of AP EAMCET 2021 from the state. The authority will provide 50 helpline centres in the state for online AP EAMCET counselling.

Q. Which candidates are eligible for fee reimbursement?

A. Aspirants who join a college through the convenor quota will be eligible for fee reimbursement. Also, the income of candidates’ parents should be 1 lakh per annum.
