KEAM Allotment 2024: CEE has released the KEAM round 3 final allotment is out. Candidates who get allotment in Engineering/Pharmacy courses in the third phase shall have to physically join the allotted colleges by paying the applicable fees. The KEAM seat allotment is done based on options registered by the candidates, their KEAM 2024 rank, and their category. The list of candidates allotted seats in various phases of KEAM 2024 counselling is displayed on the website, however, the KEAM allotment memo will be available under the login of the candidates after the final allotment. Candidates have to download the KEAM allotment memo that contains details like Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee etc. To download the KEAM allotment memo candidates have to access the KEAM 2024 candidate login using the KEAM application number and password.

The vacant seats in Engineering and Architecture courses after the third phase allotment in Government Colleges will be filled through spot admission conducted by the Director of Technical Education and the colleges themselves will fill that of other colleges by the provisions contained in the Government orders issued in this regard and as per the applicable prospectus conditions. Q:   What is KEAM seat reservation policy?

A:

The percentage break-up of seats as per mandatory reservation is as follows:

  1. State Merit (some) - 60%
  2. Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) - 30%
  3. Ezhava (EZ) - 9%
  4. Muslim (MU) - 8%
  5. Other Backward Hindu (BH) - 3%
  6. Latin Catholic and Anglo Indian (LA) - 3%
  7. Dheevara and related communities (DV) - 2%
  8. Viswakarma and related communities (VK) - 2%
  9.  Kusavan and related communities (KN) - 1%
  10. Other Backward Christian (BX) - 1%
  11. Kudumbi (KU) - 1%
  12. Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes - 10%

Q:   Is CEE office conducting Medical Entrance Examination?

A:
There is no state-level entrance examination for medical and architecture courses conducted by CEE. The KEAM entrance examination is conducted only for Engineering and B.Pharma courses. Allotment to Medical courses will be conducted based on the NEET (UG) Rank. Those candidates who wish to be considered for the allotment in Medical Courses in Kerala State shall be qualified in NEET. Likewise, if a candidate wants to be considered for allotment in the Architecture course, the qualification in NATA (National Aptitude Test) is required. Remember, all candidates who desire Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical and Architecture admission should apply for KEAM.

Q:   When will the authority open the KEAM login window to verify class 12 marks?

A:

The authority will open the KEAM login for submission/verification of class 12 marks online for those candidates who have qualified in KEAM . The dates for the same will be announced in due course. The KEAM rank list is prepared based on marks of qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks. The weightage of the qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks varies for rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering (Paper I & Paper II put together), and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardization procedure.

According to the KEAM 2024 counselling guidelines, candidates must pay the prescribed fee at the allotted colleges as specified in the seat allotment memo issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. If candidates fail to pay the fee and join the allocated college or course, they will forfeit their allotment and all previously selected options within that stream. These lost options will not be available in future counselling phases of KEAM 2024.

How to Download KEAM 2024 Allotment Memo

Candidates can refer to the steps below to doenload the KEAM allotment memo:

Step 1: Candidates have to login to their respective KEAM 2024 candidate portal using the KEAM application number and date of birth.

Q:   I forgot my KEAM password. What is the procedure to retrieve the password?

A:

Using the link ‘Forgot Password’ in online application, you can reset your KEAM password. Application number, DOB, Security Question and answer of it should be provided for resetting the password.

Q:   What is KEAM 2025 exam date?

A:

The KEAM 2025 exam dates have been announced. The authorities will conduct the KEAM 2025 examination from April 24 to 28, 2025. For unforseen events, the authorities have kept April 22, 23, 29 and 30, 2025, as buffer days. For detailed information including the notification, prospectus, and other updates, please visit the official KEAM 2025 website at cee.kerala.gov.in.

Q:   How do I check the KEAM exam date?

A:

Candidates can check the KEAM exam date on the official webssite, and the date on which the candidates have to appear for the exam will be mentioned on the KEAM admit card.

Q:   I can't login into the KEAM 2024 candidate profile. What should I do?

A:

May be it's under maintenance or you have forgotten your login credentials or some technical issue that is causing you to not login on the KEAN website. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" option on the KEAM login page, follow the mentioned instructions to reset your password.

Q:   How will I locate the KEAM exam centre allotted to me?

A:

The complete address of the KEAM exam centre will be available via the KEAM admit card. Candidates can use the given address to locate their KEAM exam center via google maps or they can visit the exam centre a few days before their KEAM exam date.

Step 2: Once logged in, candidates can check the link for the allotment memo.

Step 3: Click the link and check the allotment.

Step 4: Download and print the KEAM allotment memo.

KEAM Allotment 2024: Reporting to Allotted Institute

Candidates who get KEAM 2024 seat allotment will have to report before the Principal/Head of the Institution concerned for admission on the dates notified with the following documents:

  1. Certificate to prove date of birth.
  2. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
  3. Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).
  4. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/ Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE. Eligibility certificate from Kerala University of Health Sciences in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Kerala HSE/VHSE/CBSE/CISCE for admission in KUHS affiliated colleges.
  5. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
  6. Physical Fitness Certificate
  7. Receipt of fee remitted
  8. Datasheet of KEAM 2024
  9. Admit card of NEET-UG-2024 (if applicable)
  10. Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.
  11. Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification
  12. Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application
