Admission via the Banasthali BTech aptitude test is based on a combined merit of 50% marks in Banasthali Aptitude Test and 50% of normalized aggregate percentage in 10+2.

To be on the safer side, candidates must score 85% and above in boards for admission in the braches like CS or IT that are usually in high priority list of every candidate.

There is no such prescribed passing marks in Banasthali University aptitude test (BUAT). Candidates have to appear for the test and get good marks.   • Know the exam pattern and syllabus: Candidates must be aware of the syllabus and pattern for the aptitude test for their course. The syllabus and pattern differs for all courses.
  • Proper timetable: Prepare a timetable that covers the entire syllabus of the aptitude test.
  • Practice papers and mock tests: Candidates must practice lots of questions and also take mock tests to learn time management and accuracy.
  • Make revision compulsory: After completing each topic from the syllabus, candidates are advised to keep at least one month or two for revision. The Minimum Eligibility for appearing in the Aptitude Test for students passing the qualifying examination from Banasthali University will be 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

The candidates who wish take admisison in BDes courses have to appear and qualify the Banasthali University Aptitude Test and must have 50% aggregate in Senior Secondary 10+2 from any stream. Candidates who have 50% aggregate in Senior Secondary 10+2 from any stream have to apply for the Banasthali University Aptitude Test, appear for the exam and qualify the same. The merit list shall be drawn for admission purely based on merit.

  • Sections: Physics & Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and Logical Reasoning.
  • Duration: The exam will last 2.5 hours, with each section having a different time limit.
  • Total Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions
  • Making scheme: Candidates will receive one mark for each correct answer. However, 1/4 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.

The exam pattern of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test for LLM is as follows:

  • Mode: For the Banasthali Vidyapith LLM Aptitude Test, candidates can expect an online exam.
  • Sections: 5 sections: English Communication, Current Legal Affairs, Legal Courses-I, Legal Courses-II, and Legal Writing Skill Test.
  • Duration: The exam will last 2 hours, with sections A to D having a time limit of 90 minutes, and section E having a time limit of 30 minutes.
  • Total questions: There will be a total of 90 questions, with section E having two questions carrying 5 marks each.
  • Marking scheme: For each correct answer in sections A to D, candidates will receive one mark. However, 1/3 marks will be deducted for each incorrect response.

The exam pattern of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test for MSc Biotechnology is as follows:

  • Mode: For the Banasthali Vidyapith M.Sc Biotechnology Aptitude Test, candidates can expect an online exam
  • Sections: 2 sections: Part A - Biology and Part B - Chemistry. Candidates have the option to answer questions from either part A or B.
  • Total Questions: Each section will have 100 multiple-choice questions
  • Duration: The exam will last 2 hours

The exam pattern of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test for MA English is as follows:

  • Total marks: For the Banasthali Vidyapith M.A English Aptitude Test, the test will be for 70 marks
  • Duration: Candidates will have 2.5 hours to complete it.
  • Viva-voce: Apart from the aptitude test, a Viva-Voce will be held for 30 marks after the conclusion of the test.

There are no previous year question papers available officially for the Banasthali BTech aptitude test. Candidates preparing for the exam must prepare by brushing up their qualifying exam concepts. As per some of the previous aspirants of this exam, the aptitude test is easy but a bit lengthy. Therefore candidates must be quick with completing the exam and have accuracy while answering the questions. The BTech syllabus is like the rest of the entrance exams- 11 and 12 class syllabus that your school follows. Mostly it's from CBSE.
