GUJCET 2024 Counselling: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has announced GUJCET round 3 seat allotment result. Candidates can login on the ACPC portal and check their GUJCET 2024 seat allotment result. Candidates allotted seats in round 3 seat allotment had to pay the admission fees and confirm their admission by August 27, 2024.
ACPC has earlier released the GUJCET round 1 and 2 seat allotment. Candidates can check their round 1 and 2 GUJCET 2024 seat allotment online from the ACPC portal.

GUJCET Counselling registration is closed. The last date to apply for GUJCET counselling 2024 was May 28. The complete counselling process is being conducted online. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the merit list. GUJCET 2024 counselling process and seat allotment will be conducted in two rounds. The first round allotment of seats will be based on candidates' scores in GUJCET 2024 and the second round seat allotment on the basis of JEE Main 2024.

The ACPC released GUJCET round 3 seat allotment on August 24, 2024. The admission authority of ACPC declared the round 2 seat allotment result on August 12, 2024. The round 1 seat allotment result has also been declared. Candidates can check GUJCET seat allotment result by login to the ACPC portal to know about the course and college allotted to them for admission. If a candidate wants to accept the seat then he/she has to freeze the seat within the provided time. After freezing the seat, download the bank challan and make payment of the tuition fee. In order to pay the fee online using net banking/credit card/debit card. If a candidate wants to go for the subsequent round of counselling then he/she can apply for it at the same time.

GUJCET Counselling 2024 Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates had to fill choice for GUJCET round 3 counselling up to August 22, 2024. The process of GUJCET 2024 choice filling for round 2 was available from August 5 to 8, 2024. Candidates have to fill in their choices of preferred institute and branch of study by login to the ACPC portal. Candidates will be able to add, remove, swap, and move the choices within the last date of choice filling.
After completion of the GUJCET choice filling process, candidates will go for the choice locking. Check all the filled choices and submit the choices of course and college preference. Click on the “Unlock choices” in order to make any changes in the locked choices before the last date of choice locking.

Step 1-Fill the GUJCET counselling application form: At first, candidates have to register online on the official website gujacpc.nic.in. Candidates have to provide their basic details like name, mobile number, and email address at this stage.
Step 2- Login and Fill GUJCET Counselling form: After the completion of GUJCET counselling registration, candidates have to log in and fill the complete form of GUJCET 2024 counselling. At this stage, candidates have to provide details of communication address, parents' details, gender etc.
Step 3- Upload Scanned Images of Photo and Signature: After filling the application form, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature. The size and resolution of scanned images have to be in accordance with the dimension mentioned by ACPC.

The process of GUJCET counselling and seat allotment consists of several processes. Once a seat is allotted to a candidate, he/she has the option of “Accept and Freeze” and “Accept and Float”. If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and selects the first option, he/she cannot participate in the next round counselling. If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she can select the second option trough which he/she can participate in the next round counselling with the current seat.
Q: Is there any mock seat allotment in GUJCET counselling?
GUJCET counselling do have the provision of mock seat allotment. ACPC will conduct a total of two rounds seat allotment where candidates can check which college they get based on the choice filled by them. Candidates after registering for the counselling have to enter their preferred choice of college and branch in the order of preference.
