JEE Main Application Form 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has closed the JEE Main 2025 application form session 1. The JEE Main 2025 Registration last date was November 22, 2024. The NTA opened the JEE Main 2025 correction window on November 26. The JEE 2025 application correction last date was November 27, 2024.
The facility of JEE Main photo correction 2025 was opened on January 16. Candidates who received SMS or email regarding error in their photograph uploaded in the JEE Main 2025 application form had to re-upload their photograph as per the required specification by January 17 up to 11:50 PM. The JEE Main photo requirement as specified by the NTA is given on this page.
The JEE Main application form fees are INR 1000 for unreserved category candidates and INR 800 for reserved category and female candidates in 2025. Candidates will be able to fill out the JEE Main Session 2 Application form 2025 as per the session 2 dates. The NTA will release the JEE Main 2025 Registration form for session 2 on January 31, 2025. The last date for JEE Main session 2 registration is February 22, 2025.
To fill out the Application form, candidates must fulfill the JEE Main 2025 Eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates applying for JEE Main 2025 must have passed class 12 in 2023 or 2024 or appear in 2025. There is no condition of age or marks in class 12 to apply for JEE Mains.

How to Apply for JEE Mains 2025
The filling of the JEE Main Application Form 2025 is a four-step process. It includes registration, filling the academic and personal information, uploading the necessary documents, and payment of the JEE Mains 2025 registration fee. Important Guidelines for Images and Documents
- A colour or black and white photo should be used. The candidates are allowed to have spectacles in the photograph. Whereas, sunglasses and caps are not allowed.
- Unclear photos will not be accepted. The photo uploaded should be clear and adhere to the recommended file size, and format as per the guidelines provided by NTA.

Q: What type of questions are asked in JEE Main?
The JEE Main question paper will have questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as per the prescribed syllabus. Each Subject will have two sections. Section A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In Section B, candidates have to attempt any 05 (five) questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for both Section A and Section B.
