How to Apply for OJEE PGAT 2025 Counselling?
The entire OJEE PGAT counselling process takes place online. Qualified candidates must download their rank card from the website - www.ojee.nic.in or www.odishajee.com to attend counselling. The step-by-step process for OJEE PGAT Web Counselling is as follows -
Step I - Registration
This is the first stage of the OJEE PGAT web counselling. Before registration, candidates must check their internet facility and read the instructions carefully. The steps to complete the registration are as follows -
- Visit the official website of OJEE PGAT 2025- ojee.nic.in and select the appropriate course, then click on “New Candidate Registration.”
- Read the candidate’s consent page and confirm the statement to proceed further.
- Register by entering your application number, date of birth, gender, and name (as mentioned on the rank card).
- After entering the security code, click on the “submit” button to proceed further.
Step II- Personal Details
- To complete the registration process, the candidate must now provide their personal information, such as mobile number, e-mail address, password, and security PIN.
- Now, the candidate has to enter the password and again re-enter the same password to confirm the password.
- On completion of the registration, an SMS alert will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Step III - Domicile and Category
- Click on the application form displayed on the left side of the screen
- Now fill out the candidate’s profile, including state of domicile, social category, special/sub-category, green card, physically challenged, tuition fee waiver scheme, etc. Candidates must fill out the details carefully, as these will define the candidate’s profile and eligibility for reservation required at the time of the seat allotment process.
- Click “Save and Next” to proceed to the next screen.
Step IV- Educational Qualifications
- Candidates have to provide their qualification details
- Enter all the required data, such as Board roll number, institute name, year of passing, marks secured, etc.
- Click “Save” and proceed to the next stage.
Step V - Communication Details
- Candidates must provide their contact information, such as permanent and correspondence addresses.
- Click “Save” and proceed to next.
- Recheck all the details and confirm the declaration.
- Now save and final submit to complete the registration process.
Step VI - Payment of Registration Fee
- After completing the registration process, click to pay the registration fee.
- A registration fee of INR 450 must be paid to confirm the counselling process.
- The mode of payment is online via netbanking/credit card/debit card
- Click “Save” and proceed to the next stage
OJEE PGAT 2025 Counselling: Choice Filling and Locking
The steps for OJEE PGAT 2025 Choice Filling and Locking are as follows -
- After successfully registering and paying the counselling registration fee, candidates must fill out and lock their choices.
- Candidates should read the instructions carefully before proceeding to the next screen to fill out the choice.
- For security purposes, candidates will be asked for a password before choosing a course. After entering the password, the choice-filling option will be displayed on the screen.
- The screen contains two blocks. The left-hand side block contains the list of colleges and institutes and the branches, stating government/private/all.
- The right-hand block will contain the choices filled by the candidate.
- Candidates can add their choices of colleges and branches in two different ways: by making multiple additions using the Multiple Button or by adding them one by one using the Add button. Candidates can give as many choices as they want.
- Candidates must arrange the filled-in choices based on their preferences. One college with one branch will be treated as one choice.
- Candidates can use the “SWAP” and “MOVE” options to change the priority of the filled choices.
- For Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) candidates, the choices of colleges and branches for both the TFW and non-TFW seats will be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates can fill in their choices from the list as per their preferences.
- During the choice-filling process, save the choices regularly using the “SAVE and CONTINUE” option.
- During the Mock Result of OJEE PGAT 2025 counselling, candidates can know their seat allotment status and alter their choices based on their preferences.
- Once this process is complete, the choice locking facility will be activated. Candidates must check whether they have made the right choice. If they are satisfied with the option provided, they should “click” on the lock button and lock the choice using the password.
- After locking all the choices, candidates can take a printout of their locked choices. Candidates must note that the choice locking is a one-time facility. Once locked, it cannot be unlocked again.
- If you cannot lock your choice, your option gets locked automatically.
- After completing the choice filling and locking facility, print out the locked choice and fill in the choice slip for your reference.
OJEE PGAT 2025 Seat Allotment
The seat allotment round of OJEE PGAT 2025 comprises three allotment rounds, followed by a final allotment round.
Seat Allotment Round I -
- During this phase, candidates can view the seat allotment round, choose the freeze or float option for seat upgradation, upload documents, and pay the fee.
- Candidates have to deposit a part of the admission fee cum seat acceptance fee based on their category.
- Then, candidates must upload the documents, which will be verified automatically. They can also have their documents verified by the officer. The candidates will be informed through e-mail or SMS if any discrepancy exists.
- If any candidate fails to resolve the query within the specified date and time, his/her document verification will be cancelled, and seat allotment will be withdrawn.
Seat Allotment Round II and III
- Newly allotted candidates can take part in this round.
- Candidates who do not want to continue with the counselling process can withdraw during the process within the specific time and date as per the counselling schedule.
- The process is similar to the first round, where candidates have to register, fill choice, and pay the fees.
- The allotment process takes place depending on the availability of the seats.
Final Seat Allotment
- This is the final phase of the OJEE PGAT 2025 counselling. Candidates can download their final allotment letter and report to the allotted institutes.
- Newly allotted candidates can also participate in this round by following the abovementioned steps, such as registration and counselling fee payment.
- The OJEEB will release the final seat allotment list for OJEE PGAT counselling on its official website.
OJEE PGAT Counselling 2025: Part Admission/Seat Confirmation Fees
Candidates who want to continue with the counselling process must complete the fee payment process. The part admission or seat confirmation fee is INR 10,000 or INR 5000, depending on the category. INR 10,000 is for candidates in the general category, and INR 5000 is for candidates under the SC/ST/PC category. The payment mode is online through BILLDESK/HDFC/SBI Gateway through netbanking, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
