OJEE PGAT MPharma 2025: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board conducts the OJEE PGAT (OJEE Postgraduate Admission Test), a gateway for admission to M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, and M.Pharm courses. OJEE is one of the reputed state-level entrance examinations that offer admissions to various programs and courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Here are some important highlights from OJEE PGAT 2025 that are mentioned in the table below -

• M.Tech programme - The candidates must have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate or above in their bachelor's degree from a relevant discipline from a recognised institute. Students in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply. No age limit is prescribed for admission to M.Tech programmes.
• M.Arch programme - Candidates should have completed their graduation in Architecture with a minimum aggregate of 50% to be eligible to apply for M.Arch. Candidates in the final year of the qualifying exam can also apply. No age limit is prescribed by the OJEE Cell for admission
• M.Pharm programme - Candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with at least 50% aggregate or more. No age bar is defined by the OJEE Cell for admission. Final year students can also apply
• M.Plan programme: Applicants must have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate or above in their bachelor's degree or equivalent from a relevant discipline. Students in the final year of qualifying examination can also apply. No age limit is prescribed for admission. 

OJEE PGAT is conducted for admission to various participating colleges' academic and professional programmes. The exam pattern and syllabus for the OJEE PGAT 2025 exam vary according to the course for which the candidate is applying.

OJEE PGAT is a state level entrance exam and the scores are used for admission to both government and private institutes only in the state of Odisha. OJEE Board will publish a list of all the participating government and private colleges along with their respective seat intake. Candidates can check below the sequence of the entire admission process for OJEE PGAT 2025, starting from OJEE PGAT registration and application form filling until seat allotment and reporting at the allotted institutes. The applicants will be selected based on the marks obtained in the OJEE exam, followed by their academic performances and documents produced during the verification process. 

Step 2: Download the OJEE PGAT admit card

The OJEE 2025 admit card for postgraduate admissions will be available seven days before the exam date. Candidates must download two copies of the hall ticket, which must be endorsed by the invigilator of the exam centre on the day of the exam. The invigilator must also sign both downloaded copies of the OJEE PGAT admit card during the exam. 

Step 3: Appear for the OJEE PGAT 2025 exam

OJEE PGAT 2025 will be conducted online. Candidates have to appear for the exam and reach the exam centre at least one hour before the commencement of the exam.

Step 4: Download the OJEE PGAT answer key published by the OJEE Cell

OJEE Cell will release the answer keys for OJEE PGAT 2025 question paper on the official website. Candidates can also download the scorecard from the official website itself. 

Step 5: Declaration of the OJEE PGAT Results 2025

Once the entrance test is completed, the authorities publish the OJEE PGAT 2025 results on the official website. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results. The result will be declared along with the seat matrix. 

Step 6: Register for OJEE PGAT 2025 counselling process

Candidates need to register for OJEE PGAT counselling process 2025 once they have cleared OJEE PGAT exam. They will have to appear for the counselling process on the allotted date and time.

The OJEE 2025 application form will be released in January 2025. The mode of the application form filling and submission is online. Before filling out the application form, candidates must go through the guidelines and instructions on the OJEE information brochure to submit an error-free application form. To fill out the OJEE exam form 2025, candidates have to follow the steps below -

• Visit the official website of the OJEEB - ojee.nic.in
• Click on the application link and register by providing the required details
• Once the registration is complete, candidates will receive a registration number. The registration number is the user ID of the applicant's login. 
• Now, the candidate can log in using the credentials and complete the rest of the details. 
• Once the details are updated, candidates can upload their photograph, signature, and left-thumb impression.
• After uploading the documents, make the application fee payment.
• Once the payment is complete, a confirmation page will be displayed on the screen.
• Submit the OJEE PGAT application form and keep a copy for future purposes. 

OJEE PGAT Registration Fees 2025

Candidates applying for the OJEE examination must pay the application fee to confirm their submission of the form. The OJEE M.Tech application fee for a single course is INR 1000, and for each course, it costs INR 500. Candidates who have completed the application form for a particular course can add another course or change the course. Therefore, it is advised to fill in the details carefully. 

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) issues the OJEE PGAT 2025 admit card seven days before the examination date. Candidates who have submitted the application form for OJEE 2025 can download the admit card from the official website. The admit card of OJEE will be available online, and candidates must download two copies of the hall ticket, which the exam centre's invigilator must endorse. To download the OJEE hall ticket, candidates must provide their login credentials, such as their registration number and password. The admit card will carry all the required details regarding the examination and the candidate. However, if there is an error in the hall ticket, candidates must immediately report to the OJEE Cell. 

OJEE PGAT 2025 is conducted in different cities. Candidates must choose at least three exam centres (cities) while filling out the application form. Exam centre allocation will be made based on the order the candidates choose in the application form. However, due to administrative reasons, a different city or a nearby area may be allotted. Once the exam centre is allotted, it cannot be changed.

1. Make sure that you are carrying the OJEE PGAT admit card to the exam center as candidates will not be allowed inside the exam center without the admit card
2. Reach the test center at least an hour before the exam timings to check for the seating plan and complete frisking formalities at the entry gate. No candidate will be allowed entry in the exam center at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam

3. It is also advised that the candidates should not carry any food item, as they are prohibited in the examination hall
4. Read instructions for taking the test mentioned on the admit card of OJEE PGAT 2025. These instructions are about the OJEE PGAT 2025 admit card, signature, documents and other test formalities
5. Carry PWD certificate (for candidates applying under PWD category) and any of the below-mentioned photo ID proof along with the admit card:

• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID
• Passport
• Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment Number
• Ration Card

6. Carry own pen (blue/black ballpoint) for marking answers in the OMR sheet for the PBT mode exam or even for rough work purpose, in case of CBT mode. 
7. Do not carry any prohibited items such as mobile phones, log tables, watches/smartwatch, earphones/wireless earphones, Bluetooth device, paper-bits, notebook/notes, books, or any other study material

OJEE for M.Tech/MCA/M.Pharm/B.Tech and other courses will take place on scheduled dates. The mode of the exam is online and will be conducted in English language.

Once the entrance test is completed, the authorities publish the OJEE PGAT 2025 results on the official website. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results, which will be declared along with the seat matrix. The results will be published in the form of merit list. 

OJEE PGAT counselling will take place after the results are declared. The counselling process of OJEE PGAT is online, and candidates have to provide their college preferences. Shortlisted candidates will be eligible to attend the counselling, based on the academic performance and rank secured in the OJEE exam 2025.
