IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released the IBPS RRB recruitment notification on September 1, 2025. The short notification was released on August 31, 2025. The detailed IBPS RRB recruitment notification was released to fill up a total of 13217 vacancies. IBPS RRB application formwas made available from September 1 to 21, 2025. 

IBPS RRB recruitment is done for Group A Officers Scale I (Assistant Manager), Scale II (Manager), Scale III (Senior Manager), Group B Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Candidates for the post of IBPS RRB Clerk post are selected based on the prelims and mains exams. IBPS RRB Exam Pattern 2025

IBPS RRB exam pattern is different for different posts. IBPS RRB exam pattern for Officers Scale 1 comprises prelims exam, mains exam, and interview. IBPS RRB exam pattern for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) comprises prelims and mains exams. IBPS RRB exam pattern for Officers Scale 2 and 3 comprises a single oniine exam and interview. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 80. The mains exam carries 100 marks. The interview carries 100 marks. The structure of IBPS RRB exam pattern is given below.

IBPS RRB Clerk exam pattern is divided into prelims and Mains exams. The prelims exam carries 80 marks. The Mains exam carries 200 marks. There are negative markings in both prelims and Mains exams. IBPS RRB eligibility criteria is prescribed by the examination authority separately for different posts. The basic educational qualification for IBPS RRB exam is graduation. However, the educational qualification vary post-wise. The post-wise age limit for IBPS RRB exam is given below:

For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years-Below 40 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- II (Manager): Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive)

The upper age limit is relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
