IBPS releases IBPS RRB admit card separately for different phases of exams-prelims, mains and interview. IBPS RRB admit card is released on the official website-ibps.in. IBPS RRB Admit Card for Mains & Single Level exam

IBPS RRB mains admit card is released for Officers Scale I and Office Assistant. Candidates who qualify the prelims exam are issued admit cards for the mains exam. Admit card for the single-level exam are issued to Officers Scale II and III posts.

Documents Required Along with Admit Card

Candidates need to carry the hard copy of the IBPS RRB call letter on the exam day. Along with that, candidates are also required to carry photo-identity proof (photocopy+original). Without IBPS RRB admit card and photo-identity proof candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam. Candidates need to carry any one of the following photo-identity proofs:

  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Permanent Driving
  • Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook
  • Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer
  • People’s Representative along with a photograph
  • Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university

IBPS RRB Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates need to follow the below exam day guidelines while appearing for IBPS RRB exam:

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory
  • Candidates can carry their own sanitiser (50 ml) 
  • Candidates should report atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time indicated on the admit card
  • Carry is allowed to carry a pen
  • Candidate should maintain a safe social distance with one another
  • Candidate registration is done through photo capture
  • Rough sheets are kept at the desk of each candidate. No additional sheets are provided during the exam
  • Candidate must drop the rough sheets in the boxes provided at the exit of lab/venue while leaving
  • The dropbox for the rough sheets are different from that of admit card
  • Candidates need to paste the recent coloured passport-size photograph at the allotted space in the admit card
  • Candidates need to mention their name, roll number, registration number and signature on the photocopy of the ID proof
  • Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof
  • Any stationery item such as textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, log table, electronic pen/scanner, etc are not allowed inside the exam centre
  • Any communication device such as mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band etc. are not allowed inside the exam centre
  • Other items such as goggles, handbags, hair-pin, hair-band, belt, cap, any watch/wristwatch, camera, any metallic item, eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is allowed), etc are not allowed inside the exam centre
  • Candidates are advised to avoid wearing ornaments such as ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, badge, brooch, etc

Q:   What photo-identity proofs can I carry to the IBPS RRB exam centre?

A:

In order to appear for IBPS RRB exam, candidates need to carry one photo-identity proof to the exam centre.  Candidates must bring valid photo identity proof such as PAN Card/Passport/ Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof with photograph issued by a Gazetted Officer (on official letterhead)/Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative along with a photograph (on official letterhead)/Identity Card issued by a recognised College/ University/Aadhar/E-Aadhar Card with a photograph / Bar Council Identity card with photograph /Employee ID). Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof. Along with the photo-identity proof, candidates need to bring two passport-size photographs.

IBPS RRB exam day guidelines related to COVID-19 are given below:

  • Candidates are required to report at the exam centre as per the time slot mentioned on the admit card
  • Candidates are required to report atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time
  • Mapping of ‘Candidate Roll Number and ‘Lab Number’ will not be displayed outside the exam venue
  • Candidates need to wear masks while appearing for the exam
  • They are allowed to carry a personal transparent water bottle
