MP Vyapam Application Form 2023, ESB Apply Online Link

Candidates can fill the Vyapam application form for different exams conducted by it by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of MP Vyapam - http://peb.mp.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the Online Form tab.

Step 3: Click on the Online Form link of the exam for which the application needs to be submitted.

Step 4: Click on the New Registration button.

Step 5: Select either of the two options:

• One-Time Password (OTP)
• Biometric

Step 6: Enter Aadhaar number and the captcha code is shown in the image.

Step 7: Click on the Generate OTP button.

Step 8: Note down the username and password.

Step 9: Fill in all details asked in the application form such as:

Step 10: Upload scanned images of photo, signature, date of birth certificate/Class 10 marksheet/ Class 12 marksheet, and caste certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed specifications.  

Step 11: Click on the Submit button to submit the application form.

Step 12: Pay MP Vyapam application fee via credit card/debit card/internet banking/UPI. Check MP Vyapam application fee for different exams below:

Once the application fee is successfully paid, the candidates’ MP Vyapam application process will be complete.
