RBI Grade B Application Form 2025: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will release RBI Grade B 2025 application form in July 2025. The application form will be released along with the RBI Grade B notification 2025. The deadline to fill the application form of RBI Grade B exam will be notified by the examination authority. Any graduate candidate can apply for RBI Grade B exam. The application process comprises steps such as registration, uploading the scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, uploading the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, paying the application fees and submitting the application. RBI Grade B Registration

  • To register for RBI Grade B, candidates need to select ‘Click Here for new registration’
  • Enter certain details such as name, category, date of birth, email ID, contact number, and academic details among others
  • After submitting the details, a provisional user ID and password will be generated
  • The same is sent to the registered email ID of the candidates

Uploading Photograph and Signature

  • Candidates need to upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature as per the specified size and dimensions
  • The size of the photograph should be between 20kb to 50kb
  • The resolution of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels
  • The size of the file for signature should be between 10kb to 20kb

Payment of RBI Grade B Application Fees

  • Applicants can pay the fee through online mode only by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), credit cards, Internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/ mobile wallets
  • On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated
  • The application fee is exempted for RBI Grade B staff who wish to appear for the exam

RBI Grade B Application Form 2024: Handwritten Declaration Text

Applicants need to upload RBI Grade B handwritten declaration while filling the application form. The text for RBI Grade B handwritten declaration is given below:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Important Points Related to RBI Grade B Handwritten Declaration

  • In case the handwritten declaration is unclear, the candidate’s RBI application form will be rejected
  • In case the handwritten declaration is unclear, candidates may edit the application and re-upload the same
  • Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch) for scanning the handwritten declaration
  • Set color to true color
  • File size should be as specified
  • Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the handwritten declaration, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).
  • The image file should be JPG or JPEG format
  • Candidates using MS Windows/MSOffice can easily obtain the handwritten declaration in .jpeg format by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager
  • The scanned handwritten declaration can be saved in .jpg format by using the ‘Save As’ option in the File menu
  • Size can be adjusted by using the crop and then resize option

RBI Grade B Correction Window

Candidates can edit the details in the application form within the prescribed application deadline. Details such as the candidate’s name, category, date of birth, address, mobile number, email ID, exam centre, registration of preferences for Participating Organisations, etc. will be considered final and no modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form.

A:

Any graduate candidates between 21 and 30 years can apply for RBI Grade B exam.
