RBI Grade B Notification 2024: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released RBI Grade B Notification 2024 on July 19, 2024. Earlier, the notification was scheduled to be released on July 19, 2024. However, it was delayed by the examination authority. A total of 94 vacancies were announced for the RBI Grade B 2024 exam. Interested candidates could fill RBI Grade B application form 2024 till August 16, 2024. The Phase 1 exam of RBI Grade B General post was conducted on September 8, 2024. The Phase 1 exam for DEPR/DSIM department was conducted on September 14, 2024.  

According to RBI Grade B 2024 dates, the Phase 2 exam for General post was conducted on October 19, 2024. The Phase 2 exam for DEPR/DSIM was conducted on October 26, 2024.

Q:   Are the exam centres for RBI Grade B prelims and Mains exams the same?

A:
RBI Grade B exam centres are different for prelims and Mains exams. The prelims exam is conducted in more than 150 cities and Mains exam is conducted in 20 cities. The interview is conducted at some of the exam centres prescribed for the Mains exam. The interview is conducted at the regional offices of RBI at times.

Yes, there is a sectional in RBI Grade B exam. Candidates need to secure both sectional and overall cutoff marks to qualify the exam. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for the subsequent rounds of selection.
