RPF Constable Notification 2022: Download Official Notification PDF

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the RPF Constable notification 2024 on their official websites. The official notification mentioned all the important information about the exam. The candidates can download RRB RPF Constable notification pdf below:

Ministry of Railway released the RPF Constable notification and the online applications were started with the official notification. The last date for the RPF Constable online application was May 14, 2024.

Part-I of the application 

• Click on the Online application link for the recruitment of a Constable
• Enter basic details in the part- I of the registration
• After completing part- I of the registration process, candidates will receive the registration number on the registered mobile number and email ID.
• Also, an OTP will be sent to the same mobile number and email ID. These details are required to login in future.

Part-II of the application 

• Candidates have to log in again to finish the next parts of the application
• Upon furnishing all details, candidates will be directed to the payment section of the application form
• Candidates can pay RPF Constable application fee in online and offline modes. Candidates can choose the option according to their convenience. Application fee for different categories:

• After receiving payment, candidates will be directed to the next part of the application

Part-III of the application 

• Furnish all information to move to the next section

Uploading photograph

• Candidates have to upload their recent colour photographs by clicking on the Upload Photo tab. The size of the photograph has to be between 30 - 70 KB and it should be in JPG/JPEG format.

Application submission

• Click on the declaration box and proceed to the final submission of the application form
• All candidates are advised to take a printed copy of the application form for their own record

RPF Constable 2024 eligibility conditions were notified in the official advertisement. The RPF Constable eligibility criteria have three aspects that can be seen below

• Educational Qualification
• Age Limit

RPF Constable Nationality Requirement

As per the official notification, the candidates must be Citizens of India to apply for the exam.

RPF Constable Educational Qualification

The candidate must be a 10th Pass or equivalent from any recognised board for the RPF Constable post. The candidates appearing in their Matriculation cannot apply for the exam.

RPF Constable Age Limit

The RRB mentioned the age limit for the RPF Constable exam. The candidates can see below the age-limit mentioned for the RPF Constable post:

Lower Age Limit - 18 Years

Upper Age Limit - 28 Years

The Railway Recruitment Board released 4,208 RPF vacancies in the official notification. The Board also released the category-wise vacancies along the notification. The highest number of vacancies were notified for the Un-reserved category (1450).

RPF Constable exam is conducted in the following phases:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Physical Measurement Test (PET)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Document Verification

Computer-Based Test: The computer-based test of RPF Constable exam contains total 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 120 marks. The questions are asked from three subjects mentioned below:

There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer. The duration of the CBT will be 90 minutes.

PMT/PET: PET and PMT exams are just qualifying in nature. The events of this assessment are given below:

RPF Constable admit card shall be released around one week or ten days before the examination. Admit card shall be made available for download online on the official website, https://constable1.rpfonlinereg.org/home; no admit card will be sent by post to any aspirant. Candidates will receive RPF constable admit card 2024 separately for three different stages, CBT, PET/PMT and document verification. RPF Constable admit card 2024 contains the following information:

• Candidates’ name
• Date of birth
• Date of examination
• Time slot of examination
• Venue of exam
• Exam day guidelines

Candidates need to carry one photograph (similar to the one they uploaded during registration) and a valid photo identity proof to the test centre along with their admit card on exam day.
