RPF Constable Application 2022 : How to Apply Online

A few documents must be kept handy as these become very useful while filling-up application form:

• Class 10^th mark sheet (Matric)
• Scanned photo as per prescribed specifications (mentioned below)
• Scanned signature as per prescribed specifications (mentioned below)
• Caste certificate, if applicable

 It is important to go through the complete RPF Constable eligibility criteria before starting with the application process. Once candidates read the eligibility criteria carefully, they can proceed with filling out the application form. To fill out the application form correctly, refer to the following steps:

Part-I Registration

• Click on the online application link for the recruitment of Constable to open part-I of the RPF Constable registration form
• Here you have to provide the below-mentioned information to complete the registration process. This part is very crucial as the information entered once, cannot be changed later. Hence, candidates need to fill the below information carefully:

• After registering successfully, candidates will receive their registration number and password. At the same time, an auto-generated OTP (One Time Password) shall be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID. These details are required to login in future.

Part-II Registration

• Candidates have to log in again to finish the next parts of the application. In the next part, the application will have the following fields:

• After furnishing all details, candidates will be directed to the payment section of the application form
• Candidates can pay RPF Constable application fee in both online and offline mode. In the case of online payment, application fees can be paid using net banking/ credit card/ debit card. In case of offline payment, candidates have to select Other Modes and then they have to select a bank or post office challan. The last dates for online and offline payments are different, so candidates must keep these dates in their minds before making the payment. Refer to the table given below to know about RPF Constable application fees for different categories:

• After successful online payment, candidates will be directed to the next part of the application directly. In case of offline fee payment through a bank, candidates have to wait for 60 minutes to receive payment confirmation. Candidates have to wait for anything between 24 hrs to 48 hours to receive payment confirmation.

Part-III Registration

• Part III of the application will have the following fields:

• This part will also have fields like details of the beneficiary account, in which they would like to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary name, bank name, Account Number and IFSC code in the online application. 
• Candidates need to select a particular zone/RPSF while filling this part of the application. Once Group opts candidates will be considered against the vacancies of that particular Group only.
• Besides, candidates have to select any of the following languages for the Computer Based Test ( CBT):

Documents that candidates need to upload after payment of the application fee are:

Photograph

• Candidates have to upload their recent colour photographs by clicking on the upload Photo tab. The colour passport photograph with white/light colour background will be accepted only. A scanned photograph should have the following specification:

• Candidates are advised to upload photographs taken by professionals at a studio, photographs taken in mobile cameras or selfies will be rejected
• Photographs with caps, sunglasses will be rejected
• During the examination, the photograph should match the actual appearance of the candidate. Also, the face should be clearly visible and it must be at least 50 per cent of the photograph
• Candidates are required to keep 12 copies of the same photographs which can be used for future courses of action

SC/ST Certificate

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) have to upload scanned copy of their SC/ST certificates (JPG/JPEG format, 50kb – 100kb) also for availing the facility of free travel authority (Second Class Railway Pass)

 Declaration:

• After uploading a photograph, candidates need to confirm the declaration statement followed by submission of the application. Once again the entire application will appear on screen for a final check; once candidates are done with checking all information, they can confirm it.
• All candidates are advised to take a printed copy of the application form for their own record.

• If any candidate makes any error during filling application form other than State, email and mobile, he/she can make corrections to it.
• Candidates have to pay a modification fee of INR 250. The modification fee is the same across different categories.
• Such modification in the application can be done twice only
